If you mean "original voice cast" as in the 1980s dub cast, no.
If you mean "original voice cast" as in the modern dub cast (used from 2003 and onward), yes.

8/22: Rock is a Lady's Modesty's English dub starts September 17. The dub is screening at this year's Anime NYC event on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. EDT.

SkySet Entertainment revealed the entire English dub cast for the remastered Blu-ray edition of Osamu Tezuka's 1983 A Time Slip of 10000 Years: Prime Rose.

AnimEigo and MediaOCD acquired the license from SkySet to release Prime Rose in early 2026.

From what I have heard, this is, like the one of the Powerpuff Girls Z, yet-another dub that ignores Hollywood-based western animation voice actors, given that Disney always does cartoons with them. Why the dub of Twisted Wonderland was recorded in New York City? Was this because of a different distributor?

That's at least some good news. An AI dub is already a terrible idea, but the fact that such a huge company like Amazon would chose that over hiring actual voice actors made it even worse. Hopefully, other companies don't try to pull this kind of stunt. I sadly wouldn't be surprised if some other companies do, but I'm hopeful that people won't be in favor of it, especially the backlash to this AI dub was pretty swift and universal.
