I'm curious about the contract they made for Yu-Gi-Oh! as well. I thought that they were suppose to include premieres on the CW until 2015. Would Saban also pay off that contract, as well as the contract they made with the CW? If premieres are no longer able to air on the CW, I guess that Zexal will finish up on Nicktoons, although I don't know how much of the series has aired there. I'm more curious about the fate of Arc-V's dub. Will that also be put on Nicktoons or another channel instead of the CW? I guess that we'll have to wait and see for now on that show.
I think as a condition of their early termination, Saban will have to pay the difference. I wonder how 4K Media feels about this. I don't think they will be satisfied with premieres on Nicktoons, since it doesn't reach as wide an audience. I could see Zexal finishing out premieres on Nicktoons, then perhaps they'll try to get Arc-V to premiere on Nick, or even CN. Maybe now that they aren't under the heavy restrictions of CW S&P, they'll loosen up on the edits.
As for Digimon Fusion, it'll most likely continue premiering on Nicktoons. I wouldn't be surprised if Sendokai Champions pops up on Nicktoons, either.
Also, I think this pretty much explains how Toonami was able to get DBZ Kai.
