New JLU episodes

I'm sure this has been asked already (haven't been here in a while) but...
do we know when the new season of JLU starts?

The 4 episodes that aired in September were the begining of this season. The rest should be done by now or at least in the near future but it may be a while yet before they air. Toonami doesn't seem to have an opening early 2006 either. I was hoping one would open up by then. It's still possible something could take a break though. Perhaps CN will premiere episodes outside of Toonami. Maybe on Sunday nights or something. I just hope it doesn't get the shaft like Samurai Jack did.

Dwayne McDuffie was kind enough to answer my question last month that most of the season was finished except the last 2-3 episodes. My guess based on past airings for the season to start up again is January 21st.

If it returns in January it wont be on Toonami. According to the schedule the only change in early 2006 is Wulin Warriors replacing Teen Titans at the 8PM slot.

Hopefully there's someone who remembers how Cartoon Network releases their broadcast schedules, because we'll probably have our answer about whether or not JLU will be airing in January. I'm inclined to agree with kenshi528 though -- probably in late January. It'd be unusual for CN to hold off running new episodes any longer than that. Not to mention downright cruel.

Did CN come out with the shedual for January to feb yet. If they haven't I would say JLU would begin in January like in season three we didn't see the season finale till the last two weeks of January.

i was truely hoping they'd air some new eps this month. i remember last year at this time they started airing new eps. I have this strange mental connection with Christmas, cookies, and JLU. i remember the best JLU episode to date aired a little after xmas, and it was so great (the once and future thing part 2). It represented a turning point in JLU's quality, for me anyway, and i really really was hoping to experience that again, you know, holidays, new stuff, cookies, and JLU, but oh well. peace.

Half? Er... they've only aired 4 episodes of the season so far. They still have 9 more episodes left to air of it. It's a lot less than half, IMO.
