So I've been a fan of BTAS for years but recently I've been watching the whole DCAU (at least the major shows) for the first time.

I'd already watched Superman two or three years ago but never seen Batman Beyond before and never watched Justice League in its entirety. I think the second season of the latter is the strongest run of episodes so far.

I'm now five episodes into JLU and I'm not sure about it at the moment.

The first two seasons of JLU are among the best ever material ever in the DCAU, so stick with it, you won't regret it.

"Hawk and Dove" is usually considered one of the lesser liked episodes, but I'm surprised you didn't like "For The Man Who Has Everything". Also, "Fearful Symmetry" is the start of the famous "Cadmus arc" which is the high point of the series. Again, you won't regret it.

Oh yeah "For The Man Who Has Everything" was great. "Hawk and Dove" wasn't that bad in my opinion, and I actually thought "This Little Piggy" was worse

EDIT:
So I'm almost at the end of the first season. Just have one episode left. "Fearful Symmetry" was really good (The Question seems like an interesting character) and I like that it picked up on Arrow's dynamic with Supergirl. I also like how they picked up on Shayera's arc because her's is definitely the most interesting out of all the characters, but I'm not sure if bringing back Grundy just so she can kill him again was the best way to do it.

The first set of 13 episodes were good. But the second set of 13 episodes is when the show was at its best. What's interesting is that I consider JLU to have been at its peak basically at the exact same time that another one of my all time favorite action cartoons, the 4Kids 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles, was in its peak with their third season.

I have a vague memory of watching that.

I always look on IMDb to check out the synopses of future episodes and the ratings people have given them. It looks like season two will indeed be better and I might be able to start it later today.

Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
