There might be a slight delay with the next strip as I've just discovered that I'm unable to send e-mails. Receive them fine, but no sendy. Excuse my while I fiddle with my SMTP settings.

I did wonder why James didn't respond to my last mail and I'm sure he's wondering why I didn't respond to his...ok maybe not, I do have a habit of not replying for several days.

Still on Kris, I've not heard from him since his last attempt to test his email system. The next two strips have been inked, so just a matter of colouring and publishing.

Since it's exam period, I haven't got much free time, but just thought I'd add that it's great to hear that you're back on track with Stripped, and I hope I get to read the new ones soon.

Easy there, Skippy. They've come thus far, and I doubt they'll just be like, "Oh, well, let's just end it there."

Patience. They're adults with lives and jobs, as mentioned before.

We're waiting on Kris' schedule. The next 5 or so strips have been inked and scripted, it's waiting on his busy and technologically maligned life I'm afraid.

Should have the whole series scripted and inked by tomorrow. So it's on Kris' schedule. At least you'll have a definite ending, no matter how long this delay is.

There is a total of 72 strips in all, just to confirm.

For the record, my home PC has died. It switches on, it lights up, the fans spin but no beeps from the bios booting up, no scratchy scratchy from the hard drive and the screen remains completely blank. So I think I have eithier a faulty power supply or a dead motherboard.
Luckily I have recently backed everything up on my external hard drive so I should be able to set up on my laptop and get the next strip out there ASAP.

Sorry to hear that, Reverend. I hope you're all doing OK with everything and it's nice to hear that the story's complete. Hope everything works out.

The PC LIVES!
Turns out it didn't like my new(ish) RAM sticks, so I'm now back to running at 512MB instread of 2GB, which is a bit of a drag but I'll live.
The next strip is coloured, just needs lettering.

Kris (colorist) has some immediate work issues he has had to go and resolve, so until he's back on his feet, the final is on a little hiatus. Sorry for the delay.

Take your time. We appreciate the effort you guys are putting forth. The Strip is definitely worth the wait. If it weren't so good, it wouldn't be so hard to wait. I'm hanging in there, though. It's given me a chance to reread all the strips a couple of times, as well as the regular comic stories you guys have created. Geekdom at its finest.

Sorry for the delay. I've lost contact with Kris. I'm trying to see what he's up to. If he can't continue on (as the long gap in strips worries even me), then I'll colour and finish off the final 10 or so. Come too far to let this die!
