CN Ratings Thread

While it's still bad, the article states Cartoon Network made it into the top ten during primetime, while Nickelodeon didn't.

That's cause Nick at Nite takes up most of the primetime slots. And Nick at Nite is mentioned on that list.

Well, looks like the new summer schedule helped CN in this category.

So, with the exception of primetime with 6-11 and 9-14, CN went up in the other categories.

CN did much better on Saturday and Sunday compared to the week before. Monday was slightly down from the previous week.

Just about everything on adult swim that's not a FOX acquisition or Robot Chicken is pretty much trash, at least in my honest opinion. I don't understand who is watching the nonsense they air. I just don't understand it. We've come a long way from the days of Space Ghost, Brak, Aqua Teens and Home Movies.

What about Death Note?

Guess I should post these while I'm here.

Actually I was only talking about the lame comedy shows like Assy McGee and Suidbillies. That's the stuff I can't believe people actually watch. Adult Swim will run anything, wont they?

I used to be able to sit through all of the Adult Swim comedy shows and watch the entire Sunday night block for example. Now I'm done after Family Guy and American Dad airs.

no venture bros for you?

no venture bros for you?

Eh, I tried sitting through it the past two Sunday nights. Couldn't really do it. It just doesn't click with me. It's better than most of the rest of the crap that airs afterwards and at least looks like actual thought went into it, but it just doesn't appeal to me.

See, I'm just the opposite. I can watch almost all of the Sunday night block. Normally, I just skip Squidbillies(although last night's episode was decent) and Assy McGee.

Looks like Har Har Tharsdays is getting off to a good start. It doubled from the week before and CN nearly got 300,000 K9-14 viewers, which is something they rarely do on a weekday.

Wow, what a rebound for CN last week. I guess Har Har Tharsdays really helped out.

The charts for the individual demos wasn't available today. It'll probably be up tomorrow.

Well, Saturday was down from the week before. Sunday and Monday are down with K2-11 and K6-11 but were up with K9-14. Weird.

^ I'm guessing these new Chowder episodes are getting CN these ratings.

Ah...I keep on forgetting about this.

Well...a 1.1 is pretty bad...

It's airing early in the morning, though, so that may be a reason...

Not too bad though for a new series with little exposure!Ratings may well grow in time,we will see.

Can anyone clarify what SD Data means exactly,I know it means Same Day and I took that as it being recorded and watched again on that day, cheers in advance.

Woah. It's the second week of Har Har Tharsdays and look at the ratings increase. Especially with K9-14. My guess is shows like Total Drama Island are helping for that demo. Keep it up CN.

I doubt its Total Drama Island; its most likely CN's new moneybringer Chowder. Kids are craving Chowder as much as they crave candy.

Yeah, but having other shows around it doesn't hurt either. Granted we won't know unless CN sends out a press release highlighting the ratings for the individual shows.
