When Do you usually take a shower, in the morning as soon as you wake up, or at night before bed?
A friend of mine and I were having a discussion about this. I shower before bed, so I will not go dirty to bed and make the bed dirty. He argues that when he wakes up, he usually goes to take a shower because he feels dirty and sweaty. I tell him that if he would take a shower at night, he would not wake up sweaty and dirty.

So here, now I bring this question to you, the Toon Zone people. When do you usually take showers?

Since the option isn't up there, I'll just say usually at nights, but if a special occasion occurs or I'm in the mood then sometimes the morning or afternoon.

I almost always shower at night. I usually have no time in the morning and I don't like having wet hair (or using a hairdryer).

Showering at night is gross, no offense. But while you sleep you sweat and even though you had just showered, the bed still manages to get dirty, it slimpy cannot be avoided.

In the morning, you wake up and get right off to feeling fresh, not to mention your hair normally looks better when it is washed, not just wetted down.

...all I'm going to say is a bed can be a dirty place, and I'd hate to start my day off right outta' the sack.

I take a shower before I go to bed, and one in the morning depending on how my hair is and if I was busy during the day.

It varies. Sometimes, I'll take a shower before I go to bed, and other times I'll take one after I get out of bed.

During the school year I shower before bed since my hair doesn't do anything if I sleep on it wet and I have softball practice/workouts pretty much daily and I don't like going to bed sweaty. It's a way to let me sleep longer since I'd rather stay up late than get up early to do something.

During breaks, I shower just whenever I feel like it. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes before bed. Just whenever.

Both, whenever possible. (Yeah, I had to add it.) I can't go to sleep feeling grungy. Sure, you exude sweat even at night, but that's no excuse to drag in all the grime you've acquired by day!

Then, in the morning, the water washes away the itchy creepy crawly feeling I get when I awake. It also helps clear my mind. I take awhile to separate dreams from reality...

Poeple would point and laugh at my bedhead if I didn't shower in the morning.

In fact, they manage to laugh anyway because I'm not sneaky enough to make it to the bathroom undetected since I wake up later (when everybody else is awake.)

Yet another petpeeve of mine (where is that thread?): I don't like saying good morning to people, and I've come to realize my family doesn't either when they wake up. So why should I slap on a smile first thing? -_-

It feels better to take a shower right when you wake up, rather than before you go to sleep. And I see no point in taking two showers a day, unless you just got a haircut and need to shower again. The only time I ever took a shower before I slept was when I was on a school trip to DC and had to wake up really early every day and didn't have time to take a shower in the morning.

EDIT: Oh crap, I accidently chose the first poll option. If a mod could change it to option 2...

During school, I always take one when I get home because of band practice. I can't STAND going to bed all sweaty. Yuck. I normally don't have time in the morning to take a shower, because, I like long showers. That doesn't work out when you're almost late...

During breaks, like purple said, whenever.

In the morning. Always. Besides the fact that I wouldn't be able to wake up in the morning without one, I look like a grunge rocker if I don't get my crazy hair under control in the morning.

I usually take one before I got to bed, unless:
1) I didn't take a shower that night, so I'm taking one in the morning.
2) Special Occurence.

I usually take a shower after I wake up, but if I go on a run (which I usually do) then I'll take a shower after that, so sometimes I end up with two showers a day. Although, I do often try to run first thing in the morning and then take a shower after that, so that I only end up with one shower a day.

I'm waiting for the one person to say "shower? I just spray on some cologne."

I like to shower in the morning, it wakes me up and gets me moving faster. Though it has been really hot hear lately and yesterday I came home and took a quick cold shower. I felt really refreshed after.

Morning, for sure. Helps me wake up, too.

Now, some mornings I might wake up without time to shower. Usually I just have to take one later, then. During the school year I'd often hop in the shower after I got back from class, on days where I had early class.

I might sometimes shower in the afternoon, but never at night.

Just, ick. I can't go to bed if I've just showered, it makes me feel all wrong and such. Yes, I'm odd. Deal.

I take a shower when I've got a chance which is usually in the morning and occasionally at night.

Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
