Rey Mysterio vs. Big Show
winner: Big Show

Women's Championship
Trish Stratus vs. Jazz

winner: Jazz

World Tag Team Championship
Rob Van Dam & Kane vs. The Dudley Boyz

winner: The Dudley Boyz

Sean O'Haire vs. Rikishi
winner: Sean O'Haire

WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena

winner: Brock Lesnar

Six Man Tag Match
"The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, Kevin Nash, & Booker T vs. Triple H, Chris Jericho, & Ric Flair

winner: Michaels, Nash & Booker T

The Rock vs. Goldberg
winner: Goldberg

WWE Tag Team Championship
Team Angle vs. Los Guerreros

Winners: Team Angle

Team Angle need the belts while Angle is gone, while the Guerreros don't. Plus, Team Angle just won the belts, they really need to keep the belts for awhile and build crediblity for them.

Rey Mysterio vs. Big Show
Winner: Big Show

Rey Mysterio will get as close as possible, and then one costly mistake will cost him the match. Mysterio may very well own the match, but Big Show will score the pin.

Women's Championship
Trish Stratus vs. Jazz

Winner: Trish Stratus

Bah, I'll go out on a limb here and say Trish. Maybe another diva interferes or something, but I just see Trish retaining.

World Tag Team Championship
Rob Van Dam & Kane vs. The Dudley Boyz

Winner: The Dudley Boyz

My second upset pick is the Dudleys. I'm not totally sure how it will go down, but I just have a feeling.

By the way, I thought I'd share an idea I've been tooling around here. Seeing as how the Tag Team divisions on RAW are shorter than the not-so-big tag division of Smackdown, and the tag belts don't really have that much credible with all the changes, I thought that a unification would be a good thing. Then, maybe bring back the U.S. belt for RAW. Anyway, when I saw this match, I came up with this scenario that could execute it. The Dudley Boyz being the only not brand new or slapped together tag team from RAW, I thought that they would be the ones to go over to Smackdown with the belts. So, they would win the belts here and screw over Chief Morley and the Bischoff Administration, sign with Smackdown and Stephanie, and leave in a limo from Backlash. Then, the next Thursday on Smackdown Team Angle and the Dudley Boyz would have a belt unification match. It probably won't happen in a million years, but that was my idea. :)

Sean O'Haire vs. Rikishi
Winner: Sean O'Haire

It only makes sense for O'Haire to win this match. He's new and he needs credibility and build-up, and it seems that Rikishi came in to do that.

WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena

Winner: Brock Lesnar

I love that John Cena is getting this match, but c'mon.

Six Man Tag Match
"The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, Kevin Nash, & Booker T vs. Triple H, Chris Jericho, & Ric Flair

Winner: Triple H, Chris Jericho, & Ric Flair

I'm just choosing my favorites here, anything could happen in this match. I still think that Helmsely, Jericho, and Flair will win for some reason.

The Rock vs. Goldberg
Goldberg

The Rock will be gone soon, and frankly, Goldberg is one of those wrestlers who loses popularity with every win, and it'd have to be a screwjob. I don't see one here, since The Rock is leaving.

Quik-piks....

Goldberg
Lesnar
Helmsley and Co.
O'Haire
RVD and Kane
Jazz
Mysterio
Los Guerreros

I'm doing some extra work tonight right after the show ends; so I won't be posting results until tomorrow morning. Stay tuned.

I can't believe I picked Mysterio.

5/8 pretty good for my final ppv prediction...at least for awhile :D

umm...i picked rey because i like the underdog and in this case rey is WAY under big show. apparently rey was sent to a local clinic. hope he's ok :(

i picked trish because jazz technicall isn't a woman so she technically can't win the belt. oops! :)

and finally, i picked the rock. my biggest mistake of them all. why? because this is goldberg's first ppv match and the rock is leaving. apparently you lose if you leave

HBK, Nash & Booker There are so many possible scenarios for this match (that wasn't hyped very well) that I actually flipped a coin (ask turkish and KoD). It was heads so the faces win it.
If it would have been tails I would've been perfect.

Ah well. I'll take 7/8.

I'm surprised at how good everyone did. I thought this was going to be one of those PPV's that really screwed with our scores, but almost everyone got at least five right. And there was ONE perfect score!!!

Congrats goes out to czynyck99 for correctly guessing all of last night's matches!! :yakko: :dot: :wakko:

The Intercontinental Title Champion is decided by a calculating who has the highest percentage of correct guesses over the three most recent pay-per-views. The Heavyweight Title score awards points for correct guesses (no penalty for wrong guesses) for the six most recent pay-per-views. The points system for the heavyweight title is weighted such that more recent pay-per-views are worth more points. Click here to view the spreadsheet used to make these calculations.

And finally, best wishes to kingofdarkness who's taking a hiatus from the TWF to go film the next 3 Ninjas sequel. See ya in the fall! :bosko: And see everyone else next month for Judgement Day; we start splitting PPV's after this one!

Wow, I'm getting the hang of this now.
And here's a little ditty I did this morning  .

My name is the czyznit and I'm to say
Brock "Bogus" Lesnar gonna get his pay,
He beat my boy Cena when he had the belt won
Stick a fork in that brainless meat cause he was well past done.
I couldn't believe the Crips beat Big Daddy Cool
We want Booker, not some over-Kliqed fools
Pengy can bash the Jazz beast all day long,
cause the real women's stuff was backstage in thongs!
Team Angle proved why they really don't suck,
but poor Rey Rey ended up a 619 dead duck.
Worchester, Mass was a heel-cheering ass,
Go back to school and get some "good guy" class.
Now I'm gunning for the champ, cause it's time for a switch,
And if you don't like it, then "Just Bring it, b****!"

Later.

that was pretty good, mcdaddy c!

anyway, umm...if i am leaving to make a "3 ninjas" sequel, then i'd just rather become a vegetable and sit around all day (oh! i do that anyway! :D ) no. i'm leaving because i'll be working all the time this summer and besides, i'm just losing my interest in wrestling. maybe if they get some better storylines and what-not, i'll start to tape the shows

well. you can catch my work in other threads from now on besides wresling threads, mainly on the video game board. until next fall, later wrestling fans!

Still the champ. Still the champ, baby.

I think Triple H winning just means that Nash will actually get the belt at Judgment Day. That's right guys, we're all privleged enough to see Kevin Nash as our World Heavyweight Champion.

-RR

6/8 is not bad for my second outing. I could have gone 7/8 if I just picked Big Show instead of Mysterio. I'll do better at Judgment Day, hopefully.

Wow, I can't believe I got 7 out of 8. I actually regretted picking Trish almost immediately, but you can't go back on you're final answer.

Glad I got you to watch Stranger Things.

If I may recommend more media for you to check out, here's a starter:

You've mentioned that haven't read the original TMNT comics from Mirage Studios. Well, this video by YouTuber "Soundout12" gives a decent roadmap for where to start:

dmxx116 really likes to wish for people not to return back to so and so because their films didn't do so well. I don't agree with everything he says, though I agree on that Jared Leto shouldn't play Skeletor.
