Tooncast was launched after classic cartoons were dropped from Boomerang (which first became a general kids channel, relegating classic toons to late nights, then dropped classics, then became a teen channel – what the channel is now)
Tooncast is available all over Latin America, but many cable and satellite companies still don't carry it. (here in Brazil, Sky – our local DirecTV subsidiary – and major cable companies, like TVA or Net – of which I'm a customer – don't have the channel, only available from minor cable companies in a few markets)
one more thing: these promos are in Spanish. here in Brazil, we speak Portuguese, and Tooncast, while having only one feed for the whole region, has different audio feeds for Brazil – in Portuguese – and most other LA countries – in Spanish. on the other hand, CN and Boomerang have different feeds for several parts of LA. (among those feeds, both channels also have feeds for Brazil)
