Microsoft pulls the plug on Internet Explorer.

I must say I like the 'preview site's content by hovering over a tab' feature. Might stop the nasty spread of shock sites/pictures for good (then again, you've still gotta look at it...)

To me calling it Edge would be confusing (for the time being at least as people are reluctant to update or change their browsers), because of this line of HTML.

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />

"Edge" basically means to use the latest rendering engine (Trident) of Internet Explorer. :D

Well at least it's an edgy name. XD

IE is so incredibly slow and useless.. it's so shameful from a big company such as Windows to have it

Microsoft Edge isn't a bad name (Edge also starts with an 'E', so I wonder if that means Microsoft will still use the 'E' logo or if they'll go with a new one?), although I personally liked Spartan a little more.

I plan to get a new laptop this year. If it comes bundled with Windows 10, I'm willing to give ME a shot to see if it's truly an improvement over Internet Explorer, but I'll still have Google Chrome on my laptop anyway. IE admittedly plays videos a little better than Chrome does.

I'm glad they finally decided to drop IE. It's just not up to par compared to every other browser. I've already given up on Microsoft though. They lost me awhile back.

Well like any Browser I didn't like it for always bring outdated, but this one was the toughest in my opinion to keep updating, and for that I'm glad it is done.

So what will take it's place? I know for pictures, it says open with and IE is the first one that comes up for me. I have Windows 10.

Microsoft Edge

If you want to change the program to open your pictures, click the Windows icon and go to Settings -> System -> Default apps.

I have another theory as for why Johnny Bravo is neglected by CN nowadays. Putting aside the basic concept, it's the retools that made the show chaotic.
I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing. I've been itching to watch the classic Scooby Doo direct to video movies lately and they're nowhere to be found outside of purchasing them on sites like YouTube.
Last night started watching a new adult animated series, a Netflix original that is basically the succesor to Big Mouth.

What is so great? Despite being a 18+ show, they actually bothered to give it a Romanian dub :ack::eek:
