I just learned about this sweet program called ErsatzTV, a free program that lets you customize your own over-the-web TV channels.

Hey, I've actually known about this for a while! There's been a pretty small community for a few years of people devoted to making their own TV channels, known as "webchannels", with this software. A variety of these webchannels can be watched here. Pretty cool stuff, I'm personally a fan of Quant and Toonbox. Eventually I'm gonna try my hand at making my own, maybe that Qubo revival I've been dreaming of for the past 5 years.

The Music Channel now airs a new breakfast show called The Music Channel Breakfast, having begun on January 5 and airs on weekdays from 6-10am.

Think of it as the TV equivalent to the Capital Breakfast radio show.

In case you're wondering, The Music Channel's previous morning shows Good Morning (weekdays) and Rise and Shine Pop (weekends) were basically the channel's equivalent to MTV's playlist shows on that timeslot during the time when they were still playing music videos regularly.

Hence, the reason why the channel now has a straightforward breakfast show on weekdays with Music Channel Breakfast Show replacing Good Morning is to fill in the gap left empty by MTV following the recent closures of some of their international channels along with that Rise and Shine Pop was phased out in January 2022 due to the decision to move The Top 50 Show to 6am on Saturdays with the Sunday slot being occupied by a Pop-Up Video style repeat of The Top 50 Show.

This probably isn't super likely to come about, but I thought it'd be fun to make, as I've been on a Noggin nostalgia kick lately.
