Well tell me, is Vampirnia: Teenage Vampire connected anyway to the Disney Jr. Vamprinia, it has the same title and the main character even has the same name. If so, if this a sequel to that show, I wonder if other Disney Jr. might get a live action sequel. Sofia The First or Elena of Avalor a live action reboot, sign me up.

Anyway from what the episode descriptions, V:TM is really moving fast with plot progression. I thought Vee and Elijah would not find out each other till towards the end of the season, and this plot of the love interest being enemy reminds me of an arc in K.C. Undercover.

Based upon what's written it seems like an adaption instead of a sequel (it would be funnier if it was, it'd make me be more lenient of its mediocre music), as apparently it's the second adaption of the Vampirina Ballerina series of books (and is also planned to crossover with actual sequel series Wizards Beyond Waverly Place).

So they are not connected, there are just part of the same adaption tree. Got it.

Anyway her ghost friend in this series reminds of her friend's little brother in the DJ series who didn't know about vampires and the super natural but was always suspected of it. Which in this series that role taking by her snobby class mate. So roles have been switched around a bit.

If I compare the characters from this show and the DJ show and what roles they will play.

Sophia = Poppy

But the other characters have various of different characters from their counter parts. We don't know who is going to be the next one to find out Vee's secret, My money is Elijah but we don't know yet though these episode description hints one way or another. So who is going to be this show's Bridget as far being the number 2 to find out the secret, we don't know.

Elijah he has elements of Edgar having connection to the super natural and close to it, but not really. But Britney like Edgar is kind of an half antagonist at least at the beginning.

Of course with the names Elijah = Edgar, Britney = Bridget. So I know which character is technically the other character from the other show.

I haven't seen the Disney Jr. show in a long time, heck I only saw a few episodes here and there, it was okay. But I didn't go out of my way to watch it like I would Craig Gerber show. You are making me research an old Disney Jr. show, well done.

I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing. I've been itching to watch the classic Scooby Doo direct to video movies lately and they're nowhere to be found outside of purchasing them on sites like YouTube.
Last night started watching a new adult animated series, a Netflix original that is basically the succesor to Big Mouth.

What is so great? Despite being a 18+ show, they actually bothered to give it a Romanian dub :ack::eek:
