I still don’t know why Yin Yang Yo! is not added onto Disney+ yet? I mean, it has been mentioned but come on. The only current way to watch the show legitimately is through iTunes.

It's also tied to Disney TVA too, so there's no excuse unlike the BVS shows which are held differently

For those wondering: Jason and the Heroes of Mount Olympius along with Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, 2 shows from the BVS back-catalogue still air on Paravisión.

Based on what I managed to find along with @GRPHX , yes, it still does.

Astorina's exclusive rights reverted back to them so Disney have to get relicense. Disney still owns episodes and show's itself but they won't use it anymore after 1st January 2026.

In other words, it is not enough to own the content; the exclusive rights required for the content they own must also be renewed. The contract Disney inherited from Saban gave them the right to produce multiple Diabolik animated series between 1996 and 2026.

3rd party companies probably made exclusive agreements with Disney to provide distribution only in Italy. However, since the exclusive rights agreement between Disney and Astorina has expired, the parties must come together and renew the license before the redistribution rights are provided to third parties. There will probably never be a DVD distribution again. Because I don't think Astorina or Disney will come together to make a deal. This also gives Astorina the right to negotiate with other production companies and digital platforms for an animated series with a more adult tone.

Same with Yin Yang Yo!, as many people had to make do with cropped-to-4:3 Jetix UK and Disney XD rips online until the whole series was released on digital purchase.
