Disney.

greenlight a live-action Gargoyles feature film trilogy (w/ cgi Gargoyles naturally)

Weisman would be on board, and Keith David would reprise his role as Goliath's VA. Ed Asner as well for Hudson. Brooklyn, Broadway, & Lexington are open for recasting.

the film series would feature David Xanatos, Demona, and MacBeth in an interlocking thread.

The Gargoyles WILL LIVE AGAIN!!!

- Bring Back the 1980's and 1990's cartoons on Toon Disney and cuts back on the Disney Channel shows.

- Make an animated series of "Life With Derek", animation produced by Toei, the writing to be less demanding, the music needs to be from this planet and by Richard Gibbs, and it needs to be appealing to the viewers, too.

- Burn all of the tapes of The Proud Family Season 3 episodes and some Season 2 episodes in the fire!

- Cut down on airing tweencoms and its episodes, I know they're good and all but it's getting annoying showing the same episodes over and over again.

Example: The Hannah Montana episode with Lilly's mom in it. It wasn't good, the sub-plot was incomplete, Saint Sarah acted OOC (She wanted Miley and Lilly to fight and then beated up Oliver with a fish), the only part I liked was Heather Locklear's appareance. Other than that, the episode should only appear a few times a half year.

- Air old Disney and Non-Disney shows, so it can give people some variety.

- Make a new and original show.

- Cut Jetix's weekend run.

- Make Da Zoog Network or DZN.

- Get the Japanese animation studios back (Toei and TMS).

- Biring Back the old Toon Disney and Disney Channel everything!

- Bring Back the 1980's and 1990's cartoons on Toon Disney and cuts back on the Disney Channel shows. Well, I can get why you would want that. While your at it, back some of the old theather shorts on there. Disney Chanel animation from the past 5 to 7 decades would be good.

- Make an animated series of "Life With Derek", animation produced by Toei, the writing to be less demanding, the music needs to be from this planet and by Richard Gibbs, and it needs to be appealing to the viewers, too. The show is already appealing, and Disney would have to cut a huge deal with the Canadian comapny that makes the show.

- Burn all of the tapes of The Proud Family Season 3 episodes and some Season 2 episodes in the fire! Okay, that's a bit harsh.

- Air old Disney and Non-Disney shows, so it can give people some variety. They already do that.

- Make a new and original show. They are already doing that to. J.O.N.A.S. is a new show that premireing sometime this year.

- Cut Jetix's weekend run. I have to agree with this.

- Make Da Zoog Network or DZN. Clarify.

- Get the Japanese animation studios back (Toei and TMS). Clarify.

- Biring Back the old Toon Disney and Disney Channel everything! Once again, harsh.
Put in my thoughts.

If I were in charge of Disney,I'd.....

Bring back Gargoyles, either in a movie,or another series (and try to get most if not all of the writers/actors back)...Also,I'd make sure the rest of the series got a DVD release (yes, even the Goliath Chronicles)...

Make a Kingdom Hearts series (I think there's too much story for just a movie)....Again,hopefully with most of the same voice actors from the games....Also try to negotiate with Square Enix so that the rest of the world gets the "Final Mix" versions of the Kingdom Hearts games (they have extra scenes, bosses, and keyblades, plus the second one has a PS2 remake of the GBA game Chain of Memories)...

They'd have never stopped making 2-D animated films in the first place....Don't get me wrong,CGI can look nice (Pixar alone has shown that),but to me,style-wise,nothing tops 2-D,hand-drawn animation (I am really looking forward to "The Princess and the Frog" )....

So what would I do if I were in charge at Disney?

Make Disney Feature Animation do only hand drawn animation and leave the CGI to Pixar.

Reopen the Florida, Australian, and French studios and hire back all the great animators who were laid off.

DESTROY the current Disney Channel, revamp it completely, and actually start airing this that are DISNEY RELATED. That means classic Disney shorts/features. No more Hannah Montana, Proud Family, and Raven crap. No more crappy pop songs by pre-teen artists.
Not saying there won't be original content but make it GOOD original content that's actually somewhat Disney related.
The Disney Channel has become another Nickelodeon... only 10x worse.

Get rid of Toon Disney and Jetix.

No more crappy Hannah Montana/Raven/Pre-Teen pop remixes of Disney songs.

Have all TV animation done at the Australian studio and give them decent budgets.

I believe Disney has recently done this, so you can wipe that off your list.

Really, I want to see Disney put "Vault Disney" back on late nights on DC, or at least port the Disney Cinemagic channel in the UK over here, and add a Vault twist to it. I miss being able to watch classic Disney movies, TV shows and cartoons without having to shell out cash I don't have for DVDs that'll just end up collecting dust, and I'm sure a handful of you can vouch for that.

Plus, I'm sure more adults would rather chill back and watch Treasure Island and reminisce then they'd want to watch That's So Raven, and I also doubt kids would stay up to watch that when they could watch that anytime in waking hours and they could watch [adult swim] instead.

Oh, and renew AD:JL and W.I.T.C.H., too, I guess, and try a bit harder to find a bigger audience for both.

I thought they planned to. At least after Rapunzel is done.

Agreed. Korea can do a good job, but I want to see other countries do some dang work already.

Much as I hate those (except the Proud Family. Cedricc the Entertainer is endlessly hillarious as Oscar's Funk obsessed brother), I think they can peacefully co-exist with other programming. Problem is they don't.
Get rid of Toon Disney and Jetix.

Spend the money and get someone timeless. I hated when they did that in 2000 with Smushmouth. Little Richard would have performed Cruella DeVille much better than whoever did it on the video. I'd love for them to get Tony Bennet to do a video or something for them. But that's just me.

My last request (unless I said it before) is to relinquish all of Saban's dubbed properties, and give them to some smaller anime outfit. At least release dubbed versions in box sets, though dubs and subs are preferable. That one's for all my homies that love Digimon. And for me, who loves Samurai Pizza Cats.

I would either give Jetix its own channel and leave Toon Disney to the classics.

Repeat after me, Jetix isn't a problem to Toon Disney. Bad scheduling is. Two things that support my opinion:

1. Toon Disney has aired many acquired programs throughout the year, so why should Jetix be treated as the black sheep?

2. When Jetix first premiered, there were still a decent handful of Classic Disney cartoons.

The only thing that hurts the network is:

1. The overplaying of the current shows (Super Stacks anyone).
2. Airing programs that are already on Disney Channel. If you're going to air it on the mainstream channel, keep it off the more obscure paid channel.

Even then, I would wait until Jetix has more of it's own original program before making it a seperate network. That partially my problem with Nicktoons. They started the network too soon (As there were less than 20 homegrown toons from Nickelodeon).

Hannah Montana and them ARE Disney related. They're made by Disney, thus, they're Disney characters. It can't be because they're live action, because you also listed Proud Family. So I'm confused what it means to be "Disney related".

Well, I can slightly understand Proud Family, since it was supposed to be a Nicktoon. But it's still Disney property.

I'm no fan of the Disney live action kidcoms either, and it's rare when I say anything in defense of those shows, but the fact of the matter is that That's So Raven, Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Hanna Montana and the rest are all produced by Disney Studios, therefore, as previously stated, these shows ARE in fact, Disney related. If you don't like these shows and want them the heck off the channel, that's fine, but it's illogical to claim them not to be Disney related when they are all produced by Disney.

Part of the problem is that the suits at Disney, like every other network, insist on shoving the trendy "hot show du jour" down everyone's throats. There aren't enough eps of Hannah Montana to warrant it airing every day, but because Hannah is super-hot right now, Disney will exploit and overmilk it, just like they did with That's So Raven before it.

I should mention here that Raven-Symone's new concert tour is heading up my way May 17, with Mitchel Musso (Hannah Montana) as one of the opening acts. Let's see if this sells out the same building Hannah was in 2 months ago.

Shows like Replacements and Emperor's New School are getting daily berths on both DC & TD despite the fact that neither has enough eps to warrant that status---yet. They have all the Disney Afternoon series available, from Ducktales all the way to Schnookums & Meat, and yet they can't program the channel to accomodate anything that is more than 20 years old? El-lame-o!

I'd put the Replacements, Emperor, Hannah, et al, on weekends in prime time and open up air time for older shows that today's audiences could actually appreciate. Plus, I second the notion to bring Vault Disney back.

If I were in charge of Disney, then those are some of the following events below that will occur under my wing:

1. The airings of the t(w)eencoms will be limited to only 1 or 2 times a day, so there will be more room for animated programming on the Disney Channel. I know kids of this generation love the t(w)eencoms a lot, but there are others who don't, so offer something for families and animation lovers rather than just the rotten brats who worship today's celeb singers.

2. Toon Disney and Jetix will be seperated into their own stand-alone networks. I know people will say that Jetix doesn't have enough programming for its own stand-alone network, but I don't want Toon Disney to mutate into some low-rate pop culture/otaku whore factory or some dumping ground for third-party programming that've aired on Kids WB, 4Kids or CN before.

3. The Pixar properties and the Power Rangers will be given their very own amusement parks. I know the Pixar flicks are all box office hits and the Power Rangers are still popular with the kids today, but that doesn't mean they should takeover all aspects of the entire Walt Disney World Resort. The classic attractions at the WDWR should be reserved for generations to come and not everyone likes the Pixar or Power Rangers stuff, you know.

I gotta go take a nap right now, so I'll post more later on, so bye!

If I were in charge of Disney, I would
  1. Move the Disney XD original shows to Disney Channel.
  2. Launch three blocks on DC; one for Disney Junior, another for cartoons, and one for live-action (the latter will take the most space)
  3. Sitcoms premiere on Friday and Sunday nights while cartoons air on Saturday morning.
  4. Turn Disney XD into a Boomerang. It will mostly be reruns of older shows, but with new content to appeal to advertisers.
  5. Those new shows will be in a "geek" block for fans of video games, Marvel, Star Wars, etc.

Eh what the hell.

Make a Runaways show on either Netflix or Disney XD

Oh, the things I would do:

-Sublicense Song of The South to Turner Classic Movies for a limited edition DVD and Blu-ray sold exclusively on their site.

-Bring back Roger Rabbit (and Bonkers as his sidekick) with a new movie (hand-drawn animation/live-action), shorts (hand-drawn), and add him to the new Mickey shorts.

-More hand-drawn animated movies and shorts.

-Give 20th Century Fox permanent distribution rights to Star Wars Episodes I, II, III, V, and VI.

-Release many, many, MANY requested Disney (and Marvel) shows on DVD through season/volume sets.

-Release more Muppet shows and specials on DVD (and clear every last right!).

-Also release Droids and Ewoks on DVD/Blu-ray.

-Release the Disney shorts in Blu-ray collections as well as a DVD counterpart.

-Acquire US broadcasting rights to Thunderbirds Are Go for Disney XD.

-Create a new channel dedicated to classic Disney shows and movies.

-Release upcoming Marvel and Star Wars films under the Touchstone banner.

-Make definitive/ultimate editions of Disney movies (and some would have Original Theatrical Version option that contain their original opening logos and everything like Toy Story, Beauty and The Beast, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and The Lion King!!)

-Renew Wander Over Yonder and acquire My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic for syndication on Disney Junior.

-Re-release The Tick on DVD with every episode uncut.

- Open the vault, no matter how embarrassing the contents might be

- Launch a streaming service, containing every movie or series that the company owns for legal access, and make it available worldwide

- Make at least every 3rd movie traditionally animated

- Revive the licensed Disney comics, give creators access to the full library

- Give more promotion to the Disney XD shows

- At least have a daily animation block on the Disney Channel, even if it would only air shows that are already on Disney XD, or re-runs of old shows (original animated content would be ideal, but I'm aware that animation is expensive)

Put the cartoons on the main channel. That's all I would do really.

Oh goodie! I always want it to do this!

Now, let's see........If I'm in charge of Disney, here's what I should do.

1. Fire all those greedy, evil, arrogant executives for being cruel to the classics and whatnot.

2. Let Walt Disney Animation Studios bring back hand drawn animation and only do hand drawn animation with a Meander, of course, and let Pixar do the CGI animation.

3. Get rid of all the stupid tween sitcoms and bring back the animated series, like the current Mickey Mouse shorts, Phineas & Ferb, Gravity Falls, Wander Over Yonder, The 7D, Star vs Forces of Evil, and etc. But cancel that Godawful Pickle and Peanut.

4. Bring back Toon Disney and Disney tv series from the past like, Ducktales, Chip 'N' Dale Rescue Rangers, House of Mouse, and etc.

5: Finish releasing the whole season dvd set of Disney Afternoon cartoons and One Saturday Morning cartoons.

6. Rereleasing Song of the South on Blu-ray and DVD. However, it would be considered released as a Walt Disney Treasure DVDs which also I'm bringing back.

7. Finish Epic Mickey 3

8. Give Oswald the Lucky Rabbit his own animated tv series with Horace Horsecollar as his sidekick and best friend.

9. Give the Brer characters from SOTS their own tv series based on Splash Mountain.

10. More tv series from Disney animates movies. Such as:
The Aristocats
Big Hero 6
The Jungle Book (Maybe)
Frozen (Maybe)
Fantasia (Maybe)
Woody's Roundup as a live action full body costume series.
and Patch and Thunderbolt a 101 Dalmatian spin off.

11. Give Disney Channel game shows like the one that is based on Disney like Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom.

12. And bring rare disney characters to come at Disneyland more often.

13. And give Mickey and friends there own tv specials like The Blaggard Castle and Mickey Columbus. And maybe Viva Navidad starring the Three Caballeros based on the event at DCA.

There you go. That was so much fun.

There's something about seeing kids cry after they mess up big time that really gets to me. One can definitely feel bad for Layla.
I don't know I gonna post it but i think I may had spread the disney abandoning blue sky studios like they did with fox kids/jetix propaganda onto awinger24 and now hes fears of paramount & warner bros
Europeans right now are experiencing the same Heatwave that africans face on a daily basis lol

honestly I like to think of this as some kind of "payback" too
But more exciting will be THIS! A new documentary about CN coming soon next year and looks like they even aknowledge Cramp Twins :ack:
