CN made some adjustments to the schedule, Gumball is cut down so now it's:

4:00PM: Adventure Time
5:30PM: Teen Titans Go!

Also, I have info on the Rotating Shows:

12:00PM-1:00PM: TBA on Mondays, Uncle Grandpa on Tuesdays, Steven Universe on Wednesdays, Clarence on Thursdays, NinjaGo on Fridays

2:00PM-3:00PM: TBA on Mondays, Clarence on Tuesdays, Uncle Grandpa on Wednesdays, Steven Universe on Thursdays, Clarence on Fridays

My hopes for when CN airs Scooby-Doo! Frankencreepy:

1. Closed-Captioning including lowercase letters

2. A talkback for the movie. (I'd love to write my thoughts about it.)

3. The movie being shown in October.

You know what's weird? No Regular Show. Not at all.

Also, new episodes of Tenkai Knights return September 6, however, they stay at 6:30am. Not sure how I feel about that, since it's so spaced away from the other premieres. Hope that doesn't hurt it too much, but it is still airing there the whole week. I hope they eventually push it down later like with Chima or place another premiere (Beywarriors Cyborg is most likely) at 7am.

CN better have Ben 10: Omniverse on the September 2014 Premiere Info.

Who wants to wait till October? I don't, that's for sure.

It takes time to make a cartoon, Alonso Torrenjon.

It is not so bad to wait five or six months. Don't forget that The Looney Tunes Show fans had to wait a year and a few days for SuperRabbit.

hmm... Regular Show being gone has me Worried, im surprise there taking airings out of the show i hope it wont come permanent when it returns as well

Rotating Shows on Mondays: Clarence at 12PM, NinjaGo at 2PM.

The weekend schedule is pretty much the same, but it's mostly endless Teen Titans Go!, Clarence, and Gumball with some Adventure Time sprinkled in.

What happened to variety?

I know! Usually, they'd bring back classic Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry and What's New Scooby-Doo? (the latter usually never stayed gone from CN for long since its creation; in fact, a few years ago marked what was probably its first complete removal from CN in... ever), but I see very few changes at all.

Maybe since Boomerang is being rebranded they plan on only having the Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry on Boomerang and having only news on Cartoon Network.

Sounds like a possibility. There's really no point in airing both shows on both channels unless say those who don't have Boom can't watch them in which then I don't see too much a problem. Just the whole over-play thing as well. Maybe as early as 6am for the both whether 30m spots each or one of them an hour. I'd say keep Tom & Jerry since that's CN's longest-running series. I don't know how many households receive it (probably more than what I'm thinking), then CN wouldn't have to air either. Also depends on the package that Boomerang is offered in. I have Dish Network, and it counts as a Top 250 and there's two other packages below. Perhaps if it could go down to 200 then there's even more chances in which by then, LT + T&J could have permanent places on Boom.

A new programming head announced in June, overhauled schedule in July. Seems pretty obvious to me. Old programming patterns hold no bearings.

I feel like the reason why networks air 2-3 shows continuously in one day is to combat the competition in Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. (although I know some of the series CN offers is not available on those platforms). As for the disappearance of TaJ and LT, I hope they do come back. True, with Boomerang rebranding, those two shows will probably be the flagship series, along with Scooby-Doo, meaning they will occupy a majority of the schedule, at least until Boomerang can get some more content. However, I don't think it would hurt to allow those three series to take up 2 to 3 hours of the schedule during the light viewing hours, especially during the preschool hours. Besides, it's not like kids 2-7 years old are going to flock to TTG and TAWoG when they have WK and StF.

I always thought networks play the same 2-3 shows over and over every day is because the "adult" networks do this practice all the time and the kids networks try to line with them. Now that's just being less creative. Sure marathons can work once in awhile, but not every day. Heck, even less popular kids networks like the current Boomerang, Disney Junior, Nick Jr., Nicktoons and TeenNick are starting to catch up. Nick's schedule still needs work, Disney Channel's is horrid and CN's is now a disaster. The only kids networks that still keep its diversity on the schedule are Sprout, Qubo and sometimes Disney XD.

Hopefully, the new Boomerang doesn't follow this pattern and focus on diversify its schedule. That's one major hope I have for Boomerang. I don't want Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry and Scooby-Doo to overtake Boom's schedule be the alternatives to SpongeBob SquarePants on Nickelodeon.

My problem with this schedule isn't no Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry (we have the new Tom and Jerry Show still on anyways + overplayed on Boomerang so why bother), but I think the schedule could at least have Regular Show and Ben 10: Omniverse.

But if they are gonna randomly remove shows, I would love to see them take Adventure Time off, I'd love to see how that goes (not mean't to be taken literally).

Beginning Monday, September 15, Pokémon The Series: XY will air weekdays, replacing Adventures in Unova and Beyond.

Strangely early (to me) when XY hasn't finished it's first batch of an assumed late-40 episodes. Usually each season gets a weekday run after its been completed premiering on Saturdays.

XY has enough episodes now, so I'm guessing BW is done on CN completely.

Regular Show returns September 20 from 10:00AM-11:30AM.

EDIT: It only airs for that day only.

Has anyone here ever taken a tour of the Cartoon Network Studios building in Burbank, CA before it closed? I really wish I could have :(
To celebrate the fact that I got three weeks off from work for rest, I watched today the latest installment in the separate Minions series of movies. What I loved was the unique logo variation of the Universal logo, which was akin to the plot taking place in the late 1800s

Nicktoons in the US has recently aired something that no one expected: an AI generated ad for an overpriced plush toy.
Not everything from DC and Marvel comics needs to be more like the adaptations.
