Unfortunately, that decision's been reversed. Check Bulbapedia.
EDIT: Wow, the site they linked to there has a lot of Cartoon Network schedules ahead, including the coveted June 3 schedule. It looks like that so-called "Memorial Week" schedule is permanent, likely for the summer. This includes primetime, which no longer lists Steven Universe or Uncle Grandpa in primetime on any day (All week long it's TTGo!, Gumball, AT, and RS)
For weekends, Saturdays starting June 7:
6am - ? (replaces Johnny Test. The grid is turning up blanks here, but I'm going to assume it's classic Looney Tunes from the looks of the rest of the chart)
6:30am - Johnny Test (replaces The Tom and Jerry Show)
8:30am - Teen Titans Go! (replaces Clarence)
9am - Gumball (replaces Clarence)
9:30 - Adventure Time (replaces Gumball)
10am - Regular Show (replaces Gumball)
But on Sunday, June 8, the Pokémon Mega Evolution Special OVA airs at 8am! Other changes
6am - Looney Tunes (?) (replaces Johnny Test)
6:30am - Johnny Test (replaces The Tom and Jerry Show)
1-2 - Clarence (replaces Steven Universe)
3pm - Uncle Grandpa (replaces Adventure Time)
3:30pm - Uncle Grandpa (presumably, replaces Adventure Time)
4pm - Movie (moves back an hour, replaces Adventure Time)
6pm - Teen Titans Go! (replaces Movie)
6:30pm - Gumball (replaces Movie)
7pm - Adventure Time (replaces Clarence)
7:30pm - Regular Show (replaces Clarence)
On the week after, starting the 9th.
Monday - Thursday at 6:45pm - Clarence (replaces Gumball)
Maybe Clarence will start airing new episodes here on Thursdays.
That Saturday, the 14th:
9:45am - Clarence (replaces Gumball)
That Sunday, the 15th, presumbaly a special schedule:
10am-3pm: Regular Show
3pm-4pm: Legends of Chima
Because of this, I'm not 100% sure what will air in the 3:30pm slot due to the movie being too long (Firehouse Dog) on June 7.
Also, of note...
- The Tom and Jerry Show is nowhere to be seen. I don't care for it too much, but it would be unfortunate if that were it for it. Classic T&J is off the schedule too, leaving T&J Tales on weekday afternoons the only time anything T&J related airs on CN.
- Starting June 7, Tenkai Knights starts back over from "Two Worlds". It keeps its double airing on Sundays, though. I really hope it does finish, and I have no idea why it's stopping now.
- Steven Universe is nowhere to be seen in primetime. It still airs in the obscure weekday afternoon slot, and a full hour on Saturday, but that's it. I hope it gets added to Thursday nights like Clarence did.
- Uncle Grandpa has a similar situation.
