I would actually like that (Regardless of what certain haters think.) After all, Stephen Hillenburg's original goal was to make a timeless cartoon with little to no popular culture references so that the show wouldn't seem outdated 50 years later (besides the animation of course), but that doesn't stop people from liking shows (unless it's badly made animation). IMO? If any long-running cartoon deserves to die, it's The Simpsons, not Spongebob.
Spongebob is good, and the jokes are timeless. But does it really have to be streched out for that long?

I kinda feel sorry for Toon Disney.

I don't. They're in less homes than the other three networks, but their audience is growing. So, it'll be a while before they match CN's ratings.

Ouch Cartoon Network. I was watching the George Lopez Marathon though haha.

As you can see, the George Lopez marathon really helped out Nick at Nite. Not just with adults, which it did very well with, but also kids.

Also, CN did fine on Saturday, average on Sunday and surprisingly very well on Monday. I guess the Beasts Unleashed seems to be doing well for them.

I never noticed that Cartoon Network does well in Primetime with K2-11 and K6-11. That's pretty good. :D

Well, Bakugan didn't do so hot last weekend.

Not too shabby for Chop Socky Chooks; not impressive, but this is CN we're talking about.

Wow, I didn't know Pokemon got those kinds of ratings still. I guess they were higher back in the day.

Well, Pokemon tends to get higher ratings when new episodes air, but yeah the show still does well.

Uh...yeah, sorry about not posting those.

Wow, I didn't know Pokemon got those kinds of ratings still. I guess they were higher back in the day.

Ah, yes, they were much higher. I remember seeing some ratings reports for Kids' WB from 2002 when the show's popularity was already declining and it had ratings in the 6.0s. So I imagine that back in its prime, the show was easily getting 10.0s or higher. And when you consider that cable ratings are only worth about half of broadcast ratings (a 1.0 on broadcast is rougly equivalent to a 2.1 on cable, according to Jeff Harris), the show probably gets a tenth of the ratings it used to.

That said, it's still holding its own, and is one of the most sucessful shows Cartoon Network has acquired in the past few years.

I wonder how Samurai Jack is going to preform on Saturday?

Mugen,

What site do you get this ratings from, could you link me?
