For this reason, he is one of the few Stand users under DIO’s command who willingly teams up with other Stand users. After the defeat of his partner Centerfold, Hol Horse ran away from the Crusaders, but eventually tailed them to Pakistan, arriving at a hotel Enyaba had taken over. Expecting hospitality from her, he quickly discovered she blamed him for her son Centerfold’s death, and has attacked him.
DIO

In the early 1880’s, a lower-class orphan by the name of Dio Brando was taken in by the upper-class Joestar family. With resentment for those of higher social status than him, Dio spent the next 7 years planning to take out the heir to the Joestar family, Jonathan Joestar, and claim its fortune. However, caught at a critical time in his plan, Dio used an ancient artifact the Joestars owned to become a vampire and began a new plot for world domination. Jonathan, along his friends, fought back against Dio, ending in a confrontation on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic which cost Jonathan’s life and sent Dio to a supposed watery grave. However, nearly a hundred years later, he was recovered by an unsuspecting group of treasure hunters, and given life anew in the modern age! Having gained possession of a mysterious Stand ability, the being now known simply as “DIO” wraps his insidious grasp around the world through agents also possessing Stands, in the resurrection of his plot to end the Joestar bloodline and dominate humanity! Jonathan’s body has manifested a Stand similar to Joseph’s Hermit Purple which allows DIO to monitor the Stardust Crusaders, but DIO’s own Stand is something more mysterious and far more terrifying.

“Justice, Part 2"
Chapters adapted: 157-160
Previously on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure:
After finally convincing Anne to go back to Hong Kong, the Crusaders crossed the Pakistani border, heading for the city of Karachi. However, fog made their travel too dangerous to proceed for the time, so they stopped in a nearby town for the evening. There, they found the residents to be acting strange, as well as a dead body that no one seemed to be concerned about. The body was also covered in mysterious holes.
As they examined the body, an old woman, Enyaba, offered to take them to her nearby hotel. While outwardly displaying hospitality, internally she cursed the Crusaders, vowing to kill them later that evening. In the midst of this, she nearly blew her cover by referring to Joseph by his last name, causing Jotaro to become highly suspicious of her. Later that evening, as the group were getting set up in their rooms, Hol Horse showed up at the hotel, having tracked them there. Enyaba displayed tears to him over the death of her son, but when his guard was down, she stabbed him in the wrist with a pair of scissors, cursing him for letting her son die. Using her power of her fog-like Stand, Justice, she caused the wound in his wrist to explode, creating a round wound identical to the ones on the corpse outside. Through the wound, Justice controlled Hol Horse like a puppet, and he involuntarily shot himself in the face with Emperor.
With Hol Horse out of the way, Enyaba turned her attention towards her next target: the man who actually killed Centerfold, Polnareff, who also happened to be making his way to the lobby to find a toilet...
