I mean I can get being annoyed with hate-watching and parasocial trailer bashing. It’s just undoubtedly peculiar to be involved with an adult cartoon remake of Good Times and be super defensive about it instead of understanding.
Hey not for nothing, but if there’s a story on the news that’s related to, oh I dunno... RAPE, and young adults are brave enough to come out with their stories; I just think mayyyybeeee it’s not all that smart to go “harrumph! I knew about this the entire time but said or did nothing! Why’s everyone so foolish but me?”

Are we allowed to talk about the original Boondocks pilot *just* found? FOX didn’t take it, it’s twenty years old, and Boondocks has been off the air for ten years.
I’m both impressed and ashamed of myself for downing a whole bottle of rum in hour’s time. I can’t remember 85% of yesterday and didn’t even eat.

Finally just now seeing the ATHF trailer after two days. Via some dude’s camcorder.
You uh... you’d think Adult Swim would officially upload this after the event, right? Not understanding why trailers need to be barred/exclusive to one screening. Others wanna see it too, so that’s weird.
One of the scariest things you can lose besides your sight and hearing is the overall ability to communicate.
Even the most ignorant people I’ve ever met had that beautiful gift taken for granted. I take it for granted, and would be lost without it. The time we’re in right now is pleading for you to be more thorough.
“Don’t like it, don’t watch it” is sage advice until it’s used by people who can’t comprehend art being criticized.
Because sometimes it’s less about genuinely caring if a guy’s watching something you decide he hates, and more so just “I’m the coolest person in the room if I can muzzle any valid critiques while making my own contributions minimal and questionable.”

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
