"The official website for the original TV mecha anime Vertex Force launched a new promo on May 8th along with additional info on the series’ staff. It has a scheduled release date of October 2026.
Kazuhiro Takamura is directing the anime, per a previous announcement. Takamura is best known as the director of the Strike Witches TV series that premiered in 2008. He would go on to direct the franchise’s second season season in 2010 and handle many of the subsequent seasons and OVAs through 2020. Takamura also directed the 2013 TV series Vividred Operation. Both franchises focused on a squad of young girls who form a team equipped with advanced technology to confront alien threats to humanity."
