Our love of Yahtzee, the Brit-living-in-Australia reviewer of "Zero Punctuation", has outgrew the old thread. So, here's the new one. If you haven't seen his videos of simple art and vicious slamming, go here for the full archives or click here to see what he thought about Dragon Age II.
He doesn't love it.

This week, Yahtzee sets the 3DS back a previous dimension.

Wow. Yahtzee called Nintendo "Nicholas Cage of gaming". Don't know what to say because I like Cage.

I think Yahtzee likes him too. And yet... some of his movies are complete crap. The argument being made is when he doesn't hit the ball out of the park, it's because he's tripped over the bat and is lying face-down in the mud as the ball flies over his backside. And in the case of both Nicholas Cage and Nintendo, I would agree that it's not too far from the truth.

We all like Nicholas good sir.

But when he is awesome he is awesome, but when he drops, he drops HARD and I think like EinBebop, that's what Yahtzee was getting at.

I like Cage, too. I just prefer him at his craziest. And, I wasn't going to elaborate on that sentence.

On-topic, I'm glad Yahtzee and I think the same in that StreetPass was probably designed only for Japan.

A broken TV and the recent Pokemon review inspired me to confiscate my roommate's forgotten DS and finally give a Pokemon game a runthrough. But now I want to catch them all, and I have noone to trade with! My niece and nephews are too young, and if anyone my age plays it, they're not going to admit it.

I don't know if you can anonymously trade Pokemon, but I got to thinking the only way I was likely to find anyone to connect with would be to go hang outside at a junior high school at lunchtime (actually, I think Yahtzee alluding to that in his review)... and people who look like me don't need to be loitering around schools in the middle of the day unless they're looking to strike up a conversation with the police and be on the 'usual suspects' list whenver Billy doesn't come home from school.

So i found the whole bit in this 3ds review about stealing children's innocence was particularly amusing for me.

This week, Yahtzee wonders if Portal 2 leaves a much sweeter taste in his mouth than the cakeless but great lie that was the first game.

This week, Yahtzee returns from the brink to review Edge... erm... returns from the edge to review Brink.

Oh, come on Yahtzee if you played it trough to the end you could have complained alot about the end.

For those of you expecting him to review Duke Nukem Forever (for real) or inFamous 2 or talk about E3 2011, here's his review of Hunted: The Demon's Forge because he made the video about 2 weeks ago.

However, instead of an E3 video, we get 2 E3 articles from Yahtzee. Part 1 is the first parties and out now. Part 2 is about the third parties and will be out next week.

And Norway's unbeaten streak over Brazil continues thanks to their 2-1 victory that led them qualified to the FIFA World Cup quarterfinals (second round, first round is the round of 16) tonight.
Those doing the pyramid burger on YouTube are doing it wrong. Let it cook until it's well done because I've seen people doing it and trying it before spitting it after realising that it's raw.
I have another theory as for why Johnny Bravo is neglected by CN nowadays. Putting aside the basic concept, it's the retools that made the show chaotic.
I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing. I've been itching to watch the classic Scooby Doo direct to video movies lately and they're nowhere to be found outside of purchasing them on sites like YouTube.
Last night started watching a new adult animated series, a Netflix original that is basically the succesor to Big Mouth.

What is so great? Despite being a 18+ show, they actually bothered to give it a Romanian dub :ack::eek:
