Juggernaut gets his powers from the Gem of Cyttorak. Recently, Cyttorak himself has started disapproving of Juggernaut's actions, so the gem stopped giving him power.

Yes, she's back. I don't think they've explained why yet, but many fans think it may have something to do with the Crimson Dawn.

They're helping rebuild the island nation of Genosha after Cassandra Nova's attack. It wouldn't be the first time they set aside their differences and became friends again.

how magneto surived the attack by xavier sister

It wouldn't be the first time Magneto survived a sentinel attack, either. He's just been lying low since the attack, letting people think he's dead.
