"Wylde Pak" News and Discussion Thread

Eh. Five digits is standard for all the Big 3 kids' networks now. If anything, they definitely care more about how many streams it gets on Paramount+ when deciding if it'll get more episodes.

74,000 isn't bad in current respect, it's not too far from the average amount of Nick viewers.
This is so sad. I wasnt too in love with the show, its just a Loud House clone with a different gimmick, but it was still a new show and these ratings have pretty much ensured Nick will kill it off.
I don't see how it's Loud House clone

I find it pretty cool that the show uses cold openings because it plays the (short, but I don't have a problem with that) theme song, the last quarter-hour shows that I've seen do that were Robotomy and Secret Mountain Fort Awesome almost a decade and a half ago.

...That said, the episode that debuted after the Kids Choice Awards (literally 1 day after another half-hour batch already premiered amusingly enough) had no cold-opening and went straight to the theme song. Bizarre.

i watched the first episode today.

it's really fun and Lily is adorable.

also, i agree with @LinusFan303, it looks nothing like The Loud House to me.

I hope this show manages to grow a more interesting supporting cast.

Found out during a commercial break in The Smurfs 2011 today (as they aired the full thing) that theme song has a full version. It makes sense, since the version the show uses sounds more like a snippet than a self-contained song, and that other Nick shows have had extended theme songs before (in the case of Nicktoons, Loud House, Casagrandes and Welcome to the Wayne have them).

Unlike the theme songs of those 3 (which I find awful), this show's theme song is good. Not my favorite Nicktoon theme song (that would be Pig Goat Banana Cricket, Planet Sheen and Jimmy Neutron), but it's in the upper half. It helps that it's perhaps the most real-sounding theme, as I could picture this playing on a radio station and not even know it was made for a show.

The last Nicktoon theme song to feel like that to me is the season 1 theme to Rocko's Modern Life.

If anything it (probably) has a 2nd season, which is probably the first season's 2nd half. As that seems to be the Nick trend now.

I think teennick would premiere episodes 8 and 9 at 9:32 A.M on july 24 and 25.

They did air a new set of episodes today at 10:32am ET on Teen Nick so they must have done it by accident and never caught it. Teen Nick is probably not managed anymore and has mostly auto play out , with all the layoffs there's no way. Show still is airing new episodes at regular time on Nickelodeon.

As it turned out, the episode premiered after KCA 2025 was actually from season 2, and it's NOT error. Because I checked Nick press schedule for Aug 1 new episode which production number actually was #105.

It makes sense. Since Nickelodeon is doing the season splits for this show too.

Here’s my review for Wylde Pak Yesterday. First Jack and Lilly go to the beach but got stranded on a island which is a theme park. They’re relationship fell apart as they tried to survive even with seagulls including one that pushes the self destruct button. Why did they ever had a self destruct button? Then Will and Jack go to Mike a’s furniture store (Which is also a amusement park) to get a new hammock or bed and survive it for fun. Then Lily and Jack saves boba-get from closure by using pucker limes. When they run out they use regular limes from a not secured place and made their faces gone. Just in the nick of time of destruction, greek yogurt saves them all. Lilly is thinking that she is turning into Min and Min is turning into Harmoni. Lilly gaves Beef’s pet goat Steven a shave and Jack, Beef and Lilly end up in the dump. So Min and Will however showed up out of nowhere to save them. I found out that the sleepover episode which aired accidentally thursday morning went on first so we won’t know if Jack makes friends with beef.

I'm surprised that episode didn't have a single Gilligan's Island joke. At least Jack and Lily had each other for company. All Tom Hanks had was a volleyball.

I'm surprised that Wylde Pak isn't on Paramount+ yet.

Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
