WHR is screwing with my mind

I think Mr. Wilson is taking things a bit too extreme, WHR certainly isn't a poorly planned series. I've watched alot of bad/boring anime and this series doesn't even come close...

I'm still debating on whether to watch the last 12 eps on tv or wait for the dvds.
I considered the same thing, but considering the show content seems uncut beyond the OP & ED, I like the dub, and the DVDs won't finish until August... I think I'll watch it on TV. ^^;

"Sir, the script came back and it only seems to be 14 minutes long."
"I see."
"We were thinking of adding some character development--"
"No, that won't be necessary."
"Why?"
Funny, even If I disagree.

You so silly.

Matt should watch it, or I'll tell the Helen Hunt story again.
I think that would be hard, he is one person why most likly does not listen to people in terms fo scary anime, and I know even if you try somthing like give him cookies, he will probbly say it is just a trick and stuff, just joke thought.

No, he doesn't like slow anime. He's made that clear in several other threads.

It would probably kill him if we made him watch the complete series of Gasaraki without any breaks...

Okay, first of all, no, this series is nothing like Noir. Noir was started out awesome with those gun battles set to that Italian techno music. Plus it had the whole lesbian innuendo going for it. Noir actually got worse when it attempted to have a plot.

And no, this series is nothing like Cowboy Bebop. Despite what many people say, Cowboy Bebop had a continuous story right from the beginning. While there were many self contained episodes in Bebop at least they were entertaining. You know, I'm getting kind of sick of every other freakin anime series that comes on Adult Swim having absolutely no sense of pacing. Trigun had poor pacing, Kikaider had poor pacing, and don't even get me started on Big O.

It's easy to say that something has no sense of pacing, but to back it up is another story. If people that like WHR also realized that it had pacing problems, then it would be another story, but from what I've seen on this list, there are quite a few (including me) that don't have any idea what the others are talking about.

It does have pacing, granted the first few episodes revolve around one episode cases, but they are used to set up for later episodes.

The later episodes are much much better than the beginning episodes.

they have more twists and turns than a twizzler

I think WHR is moving pretty fast. I mean, they've been introducing a new witch and catching it in the same episode in every episode so far. To me, this seems just like the beginning of Bebop without having to introduce new main characters. I think the series will pick up over time. I'm not sure how, but I think it will.
Yeah they've been introducing a new witch every episode but all but the one that killed witches to keep himself alive were pretty dull characters, they had no personallity, and pretty lame powers, and I think this is nothing like Cowboy Bebop, Bebop in the beginning it's actually entertaning, and WHR it's almost boring.

I don't know whats going on with this series I thought it was gonna be good but.................

Yeah, his gonads would explode.

What are you talking about they both have 26 episodes. And Bebop has more if you count Session 0 and XX

If one does not like WHR then don't watch it. Just be warned that you'll be missing one great show as the show progresses to its midpoint. Call it slow, boring, and stupid if you want, I just call it great. The sub-par dubbing does certainly take a bit from the show.

Like I stated somewhere in the WHR feedback thread, WHR is the Best to happen to AS action since Cowboy Bebop. Not saying that It's anywhere near Bebop, which is just a testament to how great a show Bebop is.

Obviously you're forgetting about WR....
