Well, this is pretty much my first flower. It was really hard to get it to look right, but i think it's ok. It lacks a background because everything i tried looked like it didn't fit in so i just filled it instead..

I like it. I can't do flowers very well myself, but you managed just fine. The shading on the petals is very impressive.

Wow, that's very nice. The contrast on the petals is great, and they're well-placed and so on, too. Really convincing. I like the reflected green, though to see that much reflection would surprise me. Looks good, nonetheless! And the leaves, especially at the top of the stem, have NICE form.

I've been told I draw nice flowers, I can't for the life of me draw roses. You did really well here, and seem to be getting good with your drawing program (which is what, Photoshop?). Keep it up!

Very pretty. I like the shading used for the flower, especially for the petal work. Also, the absence of background really isn't that noticable, in my opinion, since the colors that you chose for the background and the borders work quite well together.
