Upcoming Nick programming thread part 3

The Kids' Choice Awards live on... for the only the second time ever, the KCAs will be airing in November, specifically on Saturday, November 14, 2026 (the only other KCAs aired in November was the 1992 show, coincidentally, also on November 14).

This will also be the first ever KCA telecast on CBS.

This is quite unexpected.

This is quite unexpected.
right after the Animation Studio became part of CBS Studios (combining all of the Television Production Assets into one Company (some names will not die out but are subsidiaries of the Main Studio) ruling all of the TV Production Side of Paramount Skydance)

looks like this move will be the first time something made for kids/teens gets broadcasted on a broadcast network (the first was fox's teen choice awards which in theory would have aired on fox family if disney didnt bought fox family worldwide)

This doesn't mean the return of Nick on CBS, it's meant to be another one-off, I guess

wait, I realized, I know this is not gonna happen due to obvious reasons but maybe the return of nick on cbs?

which why I said: I know this is not gonna happen
Because the linear OTA market is strict for kids IIRC, which is why SpongeBob never had a regular run on the network due to E/I regulations.

so, this is why kamp koral was made right or it was too late as Nick on cbs was dumped by the time this show aired

I don't think so, there were no concrete plans for Nick on CBS five years ago that I remember.

well, theres was rumours in 2019 about cutting ties with litton for it but that never came out (I guess was due to covid 19 or something)

Either that or the move of kids to streaming. Which can be seen as a good or a bad thing.

Wow. I'm surprised KCA is happening in November.

It's not for Nick on CBS. The simulcast for CBS for Kids Choice Awards likely due to Skydance merger.

I've seen CBS ads running during nickelodeon and nick@nite commercial breaks.

That means there probably won’t be a 2027 KCA ceremony. The 1992 ceremony was also held in November, and because of that, there was not a 1993 ceremony.

Also, I hope Lincoln Loud and Clyde McBride are the hosts because The Loud House’s 10th anniversary is next month.

Probably either that or next year’s will also be late in the year.

Glad I got you to watch Stranger Things.

If I may recommend more media for you to check out, here's a starter:

You've mentioned that haven't read the original TMNT comics from Mirage Studios. Well, this video by YouTuber "Soundout12" gives a decent roadmap for where to start:

dmxx116 really likes to wish for people not to return back to so and so because their films didn't do so well. I don't agree with everything he says, though I agree on that Jared Leto shouldn't play Skeletor.
I'm sorry but I disagree with what GRPHX said about the past five films with Daniel Craig as James Bond as well as the choice of Denis Villeneuve as director and Steven Knight as writer in the next film because I really doubt Villeneuve's take will be like the Craig films at all and besides, all of the stuff he mentioned happened before the Craig films such as Licence to Kill.
