*This is a more obscure one. Back in the 1970s, there was a series of British shorts called Simon in the Land of Chalk Drawings. Bill Burnett has said that he had never heard of those shorts when he created his version of the idea.

As it happens, though, I have another one for this thread:

Congo Bongo Country (If Rare Ltd. decided to develop it for the Sega Genesis instead; unlikely, but still)

To celebrate the fact that I got three weeks off from work for rest, I watched today the latest installment in the separate Minions series of movies. What I loved was the unique logo variation of the Universal logo, which was akin to the plot taking place in the late 1800s
