Tiny Toon Commercial Breaks

When Tiny Toon Adventures first started in syndication, there was a commercial break right after the theme song, and there was not a commercial break right before the credits. Sometime early on (by the premiere of "You Asked for It, Part II" at the latest), that commercial break at the beginning of the show was moved to the end of the show. Anyone know what that was all about?

Huh. I don't remember that; of course, I started watching only a few months later. Does anyone remember them originally breaking Act 1 after the theme?
