Premieres: Saturday @ 9pm Eastern

The Saturdays go to Istanbul to extract a lake monster. But the operation hits a snag when Epsilon and Francis show up with a proposition for Zak, when he refuses they decide to take him by force

Feel free to discuss the TSS sneak peak from CN here as well! :anime:

Saw the preview, so Epislon wants to recruit Zak into there Organization.....

Can you imagin Zak with those glasses and suit on?

[gags!] :ack:

green does NOT suit Zak!

No. watch the preview and you will know what Epsilon is doing.

From what I can tell from the preview, Zak refused the offer and so they decide to take him by force.

by what the preview shows it doesnt look like doyle/vanrook will be in this episode, usually they show up during the first 5 minutes of the episode, oh well... still looks like a GREAT episode.

And based on the preview, not only doese Epsilon want to recruit Zak he also wants Francis as his trainer........
Francis.......as Zak's trainer....NEVER!!!!! NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!

yup ;)
looks like we'll see that zak is really emotionally unstable...after what he's been through, how couldn't he?

we'll just see how he copes with it, and how not to let his emotions affect his decisions...

The preview shows an offer that they want to put Zak in solitary seclusion while Zak learns to control his powers. Better than what the Secret Scientists are offering, but I would prefer being on the run rather than in a prison-like place.

me too...
safe from the secret scientists, but epsilon and his "people" could turn on them any second and hand them over to the secret scientists

they're "the graymen"...

not exactly worth trusting

I doubt they have any intention of turning him over to the Secret Scientists. They have diffrent agenda's from The Swarm on The Edge of Space, they were trying to create a Jelly Fish Defence force. But Zak is a far greater prize then any cryptid.

As Drew said "Who ever controls Kur, Controls the World, ultimate limitless power".

The Gray Men to my knowlage have no interntion of World Domenation, but they like the idea of ultimate limitless power.

If they could get Zak to control his powers and his emotions, then Epsilon's people would have a massive advantage!! They would be able to control all Cryptids to form a perfect defense and offense.

It was a pretty surprising to find out that Epsilon and Francis are just clones. It explains why they seem to show no emotions.

But I am wondering whether the Kur detector was destroyed, or, if it wasn't destroyed, where it is.

Francis is a Clone!
never saw that coming

the lake van monster was alot less visous then i suspected

Clones? Nice twist there Jay! That's what i like to see on shows more often.

Great episode :anime:
I like Doc fighting in Space,I was surprised that Francis and Epsilon are clones

Ah, learning more about Epsilon and his people is always interesting. And I was really hoping it was them who outed Zak to the Secret Scientists... Ah, oh well. The clone reveal was pretty darn good.

The episode was a little frantic. It'll probably be better to watch a second time, after having taken it all in once. By the way, Epsilon's People: "Snake Charm One" is a pretty bad code name if you're trying to keep any Saturdays (or fans) who listen in from guessing what you're talking about.

"No, this isn't about me!" Great line from Zak, as it sure sounded like his speech was all about him (was thinking exactly that as he was talking). Heh, not all powerful things are evil. :) Doc's got some muscles to be swinging that arm around that quickly though. It was actually a pretty cool fight, GC13 approves. :p

This was a great episode, did not expect the clone revelation there, now I feel bad for Francis. Actually, to tell the truth my whole opinion of Francis changed during this episode.

In hindsight "Snake Charm One" is a pretty obvious codename. I didn't figure out what it was until Doc said it, lol.

Epsilon and Francis are actually clones.

....

Niiiice. :D

I'm starting to get a bit worried about my mental health and my freaky (somewhat) psychic dreams regarding TSS.

Epsilon and Francis are clones, not father and son! I called that back during thier very 1st appearance! Ha! :D

Anyways, pretty good episode tonight. I knew all along that Zak wasn't going to take Epsilon's offer, but it will be interesting to see how the Kur plot will eventually play out.

I missed the first half hour of The End of Time Part One for this. It was so totally worth it...

Admittedly I had suspected for a long time that Francis was a clone, but not in that way. 'Twas a nice little twist.
