Am wondering why KATU started news a half-hour early at 3:30pm today.

Because of the moon mission? The launch was at 6:30pm Eastern

Not literally, right? Because there's not enough content there for 24/7.
It's still a step above being the Big Bang Theory Rerun Channel. But yeah, I also wish KPDX had an identity of its own again.

I've been chatting with a guy who's working on a documentary about the history of the Organ Grinder restaurant. I sent him clean copies of the ads I had, and he upscaled and cleaned up one of them pretty well:

It seems like the local news starts earlier and earlier. I remember when it started at 5p.m. KATU's now starts at 3:30p.m.!
