A few years back, we had a computer issues thread, where someone posts an issue, and hopefully someone in the community will have a solution. I'm bringing it back! (Mainly because I have a lot of issues, and not all of them are technical. 
)
I'll start it off:
Mice won't work consistently on my computer. Sometimes they'll work, and sometimes I won't be able to move the cursor anymore. I know it's not my USB ports, because I can connect external drives to them, and download and upload stuff to and from them. At first, I thought it was my mouse, so I bought a new one in January 2015. Now my new one won't work consistently either! I have rolled back my driver, but that didn't help. Anyone have a solution?
computer: Lenovo desktop running Windows 7
mice: Ativa model # 611405 (wired optical) and Gear Head model # MP2325BLK (optical wireless nano)
Neither mice require a drive to function.
