Ugly Sweaters scene and Raven getting a collector's edition Pretty Pretty Pegasus were the highlights for me. And well, at least they didn't die this time. Guess for this Christmas, Batman will have to pay for construction of a new tower.

I've got to be honest: for about... ten years, I've wanted to see a Teen Titans Christmas special. I mean I was honestly surprised in the course of the original show's five seasons we never got one. I mean Batman The Animated Series and Justice League had holiday specials and those were more serious shows where it'd seem more improbable the heroes would get a break to celebrate the holidays. But for Teen Titans it seemed like you could of had so many possiblities for various holiday ideas: Beast Boy having to gather some of their more pathetic Rouges gallery to go caroling, Cyborg stuck as a mall Santa, the Titans arguing over the best way to even celebrate the holidays etc. And yet nothing. Which is why I was both surprised but still delighted to see this show try going through with a holiday special. I was worried at first at the direction they were going with in having a second Christmas as that seems like it could into a "Christmas is special because it happens only once a year" slogan found in stuff like the Elmo Christmas special or first Fairy Oddparents Christmas episode but this actually handled it well. There was a decent idea of logic of Star buying a second Santa due to not being around right after the holidays because of her own celebration on her own planet. And I like the idea that the second Christmas miracle of all things was the Titans getting blown up and stuck in comas for nearly a year. That is such an odd idea but in the context of this show it actually works and I do like how this one actually did end happily. Plus though it does seem a bit off the other Titans (especially Raven) would manipulate Star like that just for the sake of another Christmas, I guess it does show their love of the holiday which you could actually quite feel in this episode honestly which is always nice for a Christmas special.

I don't think this one was honestly too funny but it did have it's good moments: Raven getting a collector pony figure, the Titans liking getting christmas sweaters, Robin wanting to clear away the Christmas stuff right away, Beast Boy saying Robin is the grouch of second Christmas and Starfire constantly punching him (have to admit to that's a gag you think would get old but it didn't so good on them for doing so) the descirption of the second santa, Star attacking all the others after they lied to her and... well again not really that full of laughs which I guess i the major downer of this ep. Still though it was a good holiday special. not the one I've been picturing the Titans should of had for a decade but still a good one.

This one wasn't the funniest, but it was pretty enjoyable. I felt bad for Starfire, though. She was really hoping. (Although, I guess she did see Second Santa at the end).

I liked the beginning, seeing all the fun the Titans had, and then...well, maybe it just wasn't as big as I hoped it would be. Loved the ending, though.
