For a minute there, I thought the "his EVO friends" part was refering to Quarry's friends... and I'm like "wait a flippin' second... Quarry doesn't have any friends." Whoopsies...

Anyhoo... I honestly wasn't expecting to see Quarry again. I thought that him getting "punished" by Van Kleiss in "Hard Target" was going to be the end of him, but I guess not. I'm a little curious as to how he comes into possession of the collars.

^That's what I was wondering myself. Either that, or he could be on his own and getting some payback for Rex practically feeding him to VK previously. Going by what happened in "Hard Target", I can kinda see Quarry betraying BK to meet his own ends like he did before.

It looks like a direct continuation from last week's episode. Knowing how fast plots move, I bet Rex's Evo friends san Circe who I think is seperated from them will be free at the end of the episodes.

I don't know, it sounds more like Quarry stole from Black Knight this remote controller, than working together. At this point, Black Knight could just control Rex's friends on her own, she doesn't need Quarry.

I can't picture her "hiring" Quarry or any Evo. Unless he can't be controlled by one of the collars. However I guess that is a possibility.

Now i could see BK hiring "the most dangerous people in the world" to go after Rex. But an Evo? I don't see that happening.

I believe Black Knight knows about Quarry and Rex's past association and how the 2 hate each other also remember Quarry was a prisoner from Providence, no surprise if Black Knight saw his profile.

Really Zoombie....for once could try going for something other then anime? There's alot of reference of comic books, TV! Anime didn't come up with it first, Also i'm not a fan of bleach so i don't know what you're talking about.

Can't help it if Providence uses the same tactic that Ichigo's enmies use.

I think what he's trying to say is that there's similar plots that happen in other stuff besides anime. But if all you watch is anime, then I can understand that it would be a little harder to make comparisons with other non-anime shows. I can't think of any of my own at the moment, but I imagine there's plenty of similar situations out there that have happened in other shows.

Sure far enough. Though this part of plot they just got to in the anime, so anime only viewers should know at least a little bit about But whatever let's not get deep into a discussion about that outside of what would Rex do? Which was my indention to begin with.

I will admit I just read volume 53 today so it was kind of in my mind.

She is all about controlling the Evo's especially the ones who are trouble. She would not let a wild card like Quarry keep his free will and give him access to a weapon like controlled evos. Like you said she knows about Quarry. An Evo like Quarry is the FIRST one she would put a collar on if she could.

There is a difference between getting serous and doing a completely stupid move like giving Quarry more power.

"How did Quarry get away from Van Kleiss?" Well Rex's Van Kleiss was teleported back in time and has been missing since. I think eventully he would escape.

The video game kid doesn't he sounded like Argit? And this video game plot, I saw the same plot on Sidekicks.

He sounded more like Richie from Static Shock only trying way more harder to act like he has street cred. Although how he sounds might be that it's from the same voice actor as Richie.

Quarry probably saw the opportunity and took down Providence agents. as you mention he stole the remote along of stealing Rex's friends.

Do remember Quarry's 2nd appearence took after then Lions and Lambs and escaping from VK is no easy task unless he did something to escape or what i have mention that the material he's made of is impossible for VK to absorb his nanites.

Awesome episode! Gen Rex definitely excels when it comes to story building, if the writers were to stick to story arcs instead of fillers there probably be less complaining about this show.
