Hmmmm, bet this animation on TV shows, films, live-action with animations and anime was really good, but some animation was kinda getting worse, here some every animation was so worse or even worse:
-Ed, Edd n Eddy (Season 1) - The animation for the first season of the show looks like the animation for the UPA cartoons, the outlines sometimes not moved and slowed down a little.
-Rugrats (Season 1) - Some characters in the show are off-model at times, the animation was too garbled and looks like the Peter Chung animation.
-Meeow! - Limited animation for the show, also the animation looks like in anime.
-Lizzie McGuire (Animated Lizzie scenes) - As for season 1; she looks creepy! But as starting on season 2; the animation for her was changed from that creepy animation like Ed, Edd n Eddy.
-Cyborg kuro-chan - Speaking of this limited anime animation, this animation was good, looks like the animation on some Rankin-Bass traditional cel animation films, shows and specials.
-Schoolhouse Rock! - Limited animation for the shorts. For example for this limited animation, on the song "No More Kings", the animation for the crowd cheering was choppy.
-Hey Arnold! - On the unaired pilot version of 24 Hours to Live, the animation looks like that animation on some Klasky Csupo shows.
-Johnny Test - On first two seasons, they used traditional animation and the animation looks like that animation of Spümcø.

For Ren and Stimpy (as well as John K's other works), the art style for the wacky and zany characters as well as the animation looks like it was Tex Avery influenced.

Also, and for The Mighty B!, the animation for the show is identical to the animation style from Seasons 5-9a of SpongeBob SquarePants (likely due to being animated by Rough Draft Studios).

Same with Phineas and Ferb which the animation looks like it was in the animation style of SpongeBob SquarePants (likely both animated by Rough Draft Korea).

As with this, the animation on many Dragon Tales episodes that were animated by Rough Draft Studios looks like the animation style from many Dilbert episodes (aside from the episodes that are animated by Yeson Entertainment), Many Freakazoid! episodes that are animated by Rough Draft Studios and many Pinky and the Brain episodes that are animated by this studio, as likley because Rough Draft Korea animated both of the shows.

The X's' animation looks like Samurai Jack as it was both animated by Rough Draft Korea.

The animation for Teamo Supremo looks like the animation from Meeow! and the animation from many Schoolhouse Rock! songs that were animated by Phil Kimmelman & Associates and Kim & Gifford Productions, this was likely due to the limted animation as the show was being inspired and influenced by many older Jay Ward cartoons.

The first season of Johnny Test's animation is very similar and identical to this from The Venture Bros. (Likely Digital eMation animated both shows).

And as speaking of Schoolhouse Rock!, the animation on many songs including No More Kings, Fireworks, Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla, Three Ring Government, etc. (including the crowd cheering part on the both songs of No More Kings and Three Ring Government) looks very similar to this animation style of the old Jay Ward cartoons as it was likely limted.

The animation of Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon" looks like it was in the style of Space Goofs, Oggy and the Cockroaches and Ratz! (Four of the shows are animated by Big Star Enterprise)

The animation style for the second/final series of Stressed Eric looks like it was in the animation style of Kipper and many episodes of Baby Blues 2000 animated series, because the show was animated by Varga Studio who also animated the latter of the two shows.

The animation for the pilot version of the Hey Arnold! episode "24 Hours to Live" and many season one episodes looks very similar to many Klasky-Csupo shows.

And with many The Simpsons episodes from Season 14-18 that were animated by Rough Draft Studios (as the animation was produced by Film Roman), it looks very similar to the animation style from many Season 2 Family Guy episodes that are animated by this studio and Futurama.

The animation on Harvey Beak looks like it was being influenced by The Fairly OddParents (aside from the last 13 episodes that were flash animated) or the Ed, Edd n Eddy specials and Seasons 5-6 (aside for the wobbly outlines), this was because three are animated by Yeson Entertainment.

And for also this, many Family Guy episodes from Season 4-5's animation looks like it was being influenced by Invader Zim (both shows are animated by Sunwoo) and The Fairly OddParents (aside from the flash animated episodes; both also animated by Yeson).

You could be on to something with the Mighty B, since that show looks the most like SpongeBob out of all the other shows you listed.

The first season of Johnny Test's animation is very similar and identical to this from The Venture Bros.

Sort of. The Venture Bros. had designs that were a lot less basic than Johnny Test. The first season of Johnny Test looks like a blend between Clone High and the Savino seasons of Dexter's Lab due to having a lot of geometric shapes and sharp angles. Same could be said for Total Drama.

The animation on Harold and the Purple Crayon HBO animated series looks like it was influenced by Futurama or Seasons 2-3 of SpongeBob SquarePants as it was animated by Rough Draft Korea.

Harold the Purple Crayon was probably influenced by the markerbob episodes of SpongeBob due to the bold colored lines, but not the SpongeBob episodes with normal animation.

Early Simpsons was animated by the same studio as Rugrats was, which explains it's crude look.
