Holy crap, you were right. There was something right after Big-O, glad I stayed up.

It was a really short bump, lasted exactly 10 seconds. It did look Toonami-esque but I had no idea what it was about. The bump looked very high definition and there was some text I couldn't make out because it went so fast, literally half a second. The setting was futuristic.

I got it all on video (phone cam, so it'll be LQ). I'll upload it soon. There was a track playing during the short bump but my clip has no sound though, I was blocking the mic. Also, the soundtrack seemed like it definitely (if I know my toonami right) came from toonami. I can't say which track, though, there are so many of them.

update: There was actually 3 split seconds where there was text. I can't make it out. It was actually a really trippy video. Very toonami-like. Though, this looks like new footage, like it isn't some old bump, as if it was newly animated.


Okay here is all of the text in the video that I was able to decipher.

Text 1 (beg. of video, it was upside down): "LOADING GENETIC MEMORY (((&)))"

Text 2 (middle of video): "LOADING GENETIC MEMORY (((&)))"

Text 3 (end of video, upside down again): "LOADING GENETIC MEMORY (((&)))"

Glad to see that watching most of [adult swim] last night paid off. I was about to turn off the TV right after Big O ended, too. Good thing I changed my mind at the last second.

Edit: Someone over at the [adult swim] boards says it's an old bump back from December 2010. Nevermind.

As already mentioned, the schedule that GolfDude listed is possibly a placeholder schedule.The fact that the schedule on the Adult Swim web stie still has those blank spaces on both May 26th and June 2nd suggests that AS is still being hush hush about it, with it likely being revealed this week.

It's definitely a placeholder. They wouldn't have bothered with the blank spaces if it was shows they already had. And as mentioned here, they wouldn't show FMA on the same night as FMA: Brotherhood.

From what I've been reading from this thread, it's most likely a place holder. The thing about Adult Swim is that they are kind of known to be really sneaky with surprises.
