Funny story: This aired when I was like six years old, and I thought because of it, E.T. would come to my house for Christmas, telling my brother and sister this, and being so persistent, that my parents had to step in and say, "E.T. is not going to come to our house for Christmas!".

It's such a shame to find out it was all for that legendarily bad E.T. Atari 2600 game.

Speaking a Christmas song, here one who desserve to be more well known.

This great song by "Chris Rea" was first released in 1986 as a non album single, but it was not until 1988 that it got to number 53 in the UK singles chart, and it re entered the UK charts in 2007 where this time it made it to number 33. i think this is a great song and should have been a number 1 hit..While i am here i would like to take this Opportunity in wishing all my friends and subscribers a Happy Christmas and the best of luck and good health for the coming new year...
