I'll wait for the hue and cry over the very mention of that program to die down.
Done now? All right, here we go.
The first volume of P&tB DVDs runs for 22 episodes. Seeing that the show ran for 65 eps, it'll probably be in the form of 3 sets, and then that's it; which means WB will probably not be putting out PE&tB.
I know what the old WBC gang has said about this show and how bad it was; I had just started with tz at the time so I saw about all of the negative stuff when the show was still running on the BCS. That said, being a completionist, I still want that show in my Silver Age collection, even if it couldn't hold a candle to any of the others.
I at least want to know who were the writers & directors of that show. Can anyone at least help me there? On bcdb all the episodes have the same writers & directors, and I know that's not true. I know those episodes have to be on someone's tape somewhere.
Here, I'll start with the info on the episodes I have:
Episode 4B, The Girl With Nothing Extra - written by Gordon Bressack & Charles E. Howell IV, directed by Russell Calabrese and Rob Davies.
Episode 5A, The Man From Washington (the touchstone episode with the Walken-esque Wally Faust and the secret governmental organization known as The Circle) - written by John McCann, directed by Nelson Recinos.
Episode 11A, That's Edutainment - written by Wendell Morris & Tom Shepherd, directed by Recinos.
Episode 12A, Fun, Time, & Space - written by McCann, directed by Davies.
I also have Episode 13A, Party Night, except for the credits.
So, that's what I have. Someone else want to pick up on this, add theirs to the collection?
Anyone?
