Dub Episode 100- "The Rainbow Mist"
Japanesse Episode 139- "Legend of the Rainbow Mist! Ruluka Island and the Old Man Henzo"

Last time on One Piece, more of Zolo's past was revealed. We saw how he met Johnny and Yosaku while facing the evil and dangerous "Wicked" Dick.

Today, the Straw Hats land on an island and quickly learn that everything is taxed, so they prepare to enter the mysterious Rainbow Mist next door, but as they do so, they enter a ship graveyard.

Meet the crew:

Monkey D. Luffy- The kid whose body is made of rubber because he ate a piece of gum gum fruit. He has one goal in life- To be king of the pirates by finding Gold Rodger's legendary One Piece. In order to achieve his goal, he must defeat the most dangerous pirates on the seas. His adventure started off on the right foot by knocking out Alvida and the pirate clown, but more dangerous foes are aware he's on his way now, including an old friend. Luckily Luffy is ready to use humor to solve any problem, and his rubber skills allow him to extend the extra mile.

Roronoa Zolo (Zoro)- The former pirate hunter has become Luffy's first man, and his three sworded technique is almost unbeatable. He travels with Luffy hoping to encounter the greatest swordsmen, but one face seems to haunt him: the face of Tashigi, who looks an awful lot like an old childhood friend Kuina. With his three legendary swords, Zolo has had a new bounty placed on his head, and he's ready to prove he can be the best.

Nami- Nami has one goal: to map the entire ocean while becoming rich in the process. As a result, she joins Luffy's crew, but every chance she gets, she rips off her friends and her enemies. With her ability to sense when the weather is going to change and her ability to use the Grand Line's special compasses, Nami is a must for any crew that wants to succeed.

Usopp- Originally Usopp was an advent liar, but Luffy and company made him feel welcome in ways he never could have imagined. At first site Usopp appears to be a coward, but we all know looks can be deciving. Usopp is more of a cowardly lion, and his eyes can nail almost any target at will. Sometimes Usopp even has a good idea, such as holding on to spears for ammo, but while everyone else thinks it's luck, Usopp is proving he can locate any ships weakness almost at will.

Sanji- Sanji was brought aboard by his goal of finding The Legendary Deep Blue, but also his desire to become a master chef everyone would know. If Luffy achieves his goal of finding One Piece, Sanji knows his dream will also be realized, but don't think you can steal food from Sanji, for his kicks are more than enough to take out an eye, teeth, and much more if he's in the mood. You also don't want to get in the way of any beautiful lady Sanji may have his eye on. He'll use any of his specialty kick to send you flying should you try.

Chopper- When one says "Let's Get Ready to Rumble," they are obviously referring to Chopper. Chopper has a special rumble ball which gives him the ability to transform into 7 different creatures, Add this to Chopper's normal 3 forms from the cursed fruit he ate, and Chopper is more than enough for any opponent. Not only can Chopper transform and fight, but his real abilities lies as the crew's doctor. Chopper has set his goal on becoming the worlds greatest physician, and with a whole island backing him, he may be able to achieve his dream on the greatest pirate crew in the making.

Nico Robin - An archeologist, Robin seeks the Rio Poneglyph, which is said to contain the true history of the world. She possesses the power of the "Hana-Hana Fruit", which let's her sprout her body parts like flowers. At the age of 8, she sank a number of Navy ships, which earned her her 79,000,000 berry bounty. Formally an agent of Baroque Works, this mysterious women is now the Straw-Hat's crew newest ally.

Ugh, The Rainbow Mist arc is one of the worst filler arcs of all time. Anyone want to bet the dub will make it 100 times worse?

"Legend of The Pirate Hunter" is the best.

But I like "Pirate Vivi?" because it has a bit of question on "Will Vivi Join?" if you haven't seen the Japanese.

You know, this episode better be good. This is the only thing that I'm going to be watching on Toonami tonight . They took off my DBZ, and my Naruto premiere.... Toonami: wag of the finger (for tonight, next week there won't be Toonami so wag of the finger to: CN).

I'm surprised on how 4Kids is handling this episode so far. They're doing good so far. Whetton and Henzo sound decent.

Filler episodes annoy me because the animation company will sometimes pull off seriously out-of-character moments like that. Nami wouldn't be standing there letting Sanji get electrocuted over some shopping bags!

On a sidenote, I'm surprised that Bella isn't screeching all of her lines. Hoooooly crap, Luffy actually sounds GOOD for a change (except for that danged laugh)!
