Because Nicktoons (and every other U.S. network) doesn't deserve/need a dying anime franchise like this one, and vice versa.

OK, this week only, later reruns of TMNT have been moved to 8p-9p, while 3 hours of various Nicktoons run from 5p-8p.
Mon/Wed/Fri: Breadwinners
Tues/Thurs: Sanjay & Craig
This Sat. Only: 4 HOURS OF TMNT 8a-12n
5 HOURS OF LBX 12n-5p
Sun: LBX 1-hr. S2 premiere 10a
Starting Next Mon.: 2 hrs. of TMNT 7p-9p
while rest of schedule reverts to normal
10/25: LBX S2 10am, Digimon Fusion 10:30a
11a/12:55a Whistle Sports
11:05a Road to Halloween on Ice

Why don't they just edit it? According to a script I found online there's 7 uses of the s-word, which I doubt they're going to leave intact. Why not just take out the rest of the objectionable content (it seems to be mostly suggestive themes/humor from what I've found online)?

Most of the schedule for Halloween is blank for now, but Invader ZIM airs from 9PM-12AM starting with the Halloween special (I figured ZIM would become Splat material).

Schedule is screwy for November 1 as well, but TMNT 2003 will air a marathon.

Or just Nickelodeon 2, because aside from the large amount of focus on TMNT, that name makes more sense than Nicktoons, due to all the live-action sitcoms and sports shows being added to it.
