It will probably be 7:00 p.m. since the other two premieres this month are Sunday at 7:00 p.m. More importantly, since this is the only Miraculous episode scheduled for the entire month, and it is episode 13, the midpoint of the season, this may very well be the last episode to air on the main Nickelodeon channel. The remaining episodes of season 1 will probably be held until the fall when the toy line from Bandai is released, and it is very possible they will debut on either Nicktoons or TeenNick at that time.

I checked zap2it and even though first week of March is scheduled, rest of the March has NOT, and I think zap2it didn't complete March episodes yet, but I think if it will, then my guess would be after week of kids choice awards..

No. In December they only had 8 out of the presumably 26 episodes done. And they'll probably start airing the show while it's in the middle of production. The Harvey Beaks crew just finished their first season at the beginning of the month, while it's been airing for almost a year now.

oh im sorry.. yeah i did notice that loud house production on wikia (believed not reliable source) has 029, which I think Nick secretly ordered more than 13 episodes, but theFutonCritic and deadline says 13.

As we've not heard anything from The Loud House, I can't see Nick premiering it before Easter/April.
