After a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter and a year and a half of production, two Ringling College alumni, Esteban Bravo and Elizabeth David, have finally released their LGBT-themed short film, "In a Heartbeat."

Outside of the beautiful computer animation and wonderful music, the story is easily one of the sweetest and most heartwarming stories I've seen in quite a long time, although it mostly comes from my own experiences having my bi-ness be closeted. At the very least, this short definitely shows the potential of what Bravo and David can do and I can't wait to see what they do in the future.

What say you?

I love this short. I was just about to post a thread about it when I saw yours. It is amazing.

For an independent short, the animation is actually pretty stellar, I hope the people who made this can use that same talent to work on more animated projects in the near future.
