I'm afraid of heights...I've been on a roller coaster once...then I never went on a ride at a theme park again. look out of a high window and be fine, as I know the gound is stable. but if it is a clear elevator, where you can see the ground going down I feel tense.

Another fear I have is getting scratched in the eye by a cat. I remember my neighbor's grandson was afraid of cats and me and my siblings would tease him when he ran from our cat. But throughout the years I've begun to distrust cats. Some of the ones we had would scratch and bite for no reason. Thank goodness we can't have any pets at this residence. Right now I'm cautious of my grandmother's cat because he's kinda wild and I keep imagining him scratching me in the eye and blinding me.

My cousin has the same Hidden picture thing. But that was awhile ago, maybe she's gotten over it. It's not as strange as my computer screen thing, I have yet to find one person who shares that with me.

But yes, it's an irrational fear. I just find it eerily weird seeing things like a candy cane supporting a table for no reason!

I have a weird fear where I'm afraid that I'll say something really bad to someone else by mistake, which is why I feel safer talking online, where I can easlily double check what I'm saying before I actually say it.

This is kind of a weird fear... whenever I'm standing under a 20-story-or-higher building, I feel like it's going to fall on top of me. I have no problem with going to the top of that building, though.

I'm not sure if this is really a fear or not, but I hate being in my car and either following or driving alongside both motorcycles and bicycles. I just get very nervous whenever I am around these people, especially since there has recently been a rash of car/bicycle incidents in our area in the last month or so.

I consider that more of a pet peeve along with people that ride my car's ass because I decide to drive at the speed limit. But, considering your circumstances, I think it might qualify as a fear if you don't want to get into one of those said incidents. With that note, I'm also afraid of accident happening to me while driving as well.

I felt that way sometimes but what really scares me is being in a parking garage. It just feels like you'll be trapped if the building falls.

My mom feels the same way. She says that she doesn't like to drive behind motorcyclists because she's afraid that they'll fall and she might roll over them by mistake. I on the other hand feel the exactly opposite.

Part of it also has to do with the fact that I am a 21 year old that drives his Dodge Neon or Ford Maverick (depending on the day) pretty recklessly. I'm not nervous when I'm around cars or trucks, but when I get behind a motorcycle I always tend to drive more conservatively, at least until the motorcycle turns off the road or something.
