Broadcast Order: Season 10, Episode 22
Production Order: Season 9, Episode 19

Writer:
Director:

The first of two new episodes airs tonight at 9 PM Eastern. Here is the synopsis:

Brian and Stewie respond to viewer mail.

I love the 10 year gap between viewer mails.

GOOD! I thought they'd forgotten about the #1 they placed on the original. It would have made no sense to have the show come back, last so long and never make a #2.

Way better than the first one. The Robin Williams one dragged on too long, but British Guy and First Person Stewie were great.

GOOD! Again! It was worth the wait. They could teach the Simpsons Halloween writers a thing or two -- the individual bits were more focused on stretching the show creatively than killing everybody by the end of each sketch. The Robin Williamseses thing was super and the Stewie POV short was a nice surprise.

Awesome/hilarious skits episode,

The highlights:
Cool with Brian/Stewie hosting it.
Chap of the Manor, nice new British title.
The British Griffin Family especially the "American" Stewie, hahahahahaha:D:p.
I find it funny that they make the British people so ugly, hahahahaha.
British Brian the talking horse.
Cleveland/Glen/Joe/Tom/Seamus in British form.
Indian Tricia, hahahaha.
The British people bashing on George Bush, hahahaha.
British Peter vs. the Giant Mallard which it's sissy girly slapping, hahahahaha.
The Benny Hill chase, hahahahahaha.
British Peter's leg injury, hahahahaha.
The Road House reference.
Mayor Adam West getting struck by lightning, hahahahahahahaha.
Peter turning everyone/everything into Robin Willaims, creepy/funny, hahahahahaha:p:ack:.
Joe's Robin Willaims legs, hahahahaha.
I'm sad there's no Genie and Batty(Fern Gully: The Last Rainforest) also played by Robin Willaims.
The messed-up Robin Willaims Griffin Family, poor Peter, hahahahahaha.
Stewie's Point-of-View/P.O.V., awesome!!!!!!
Stewie got farted, hahahahaha.
Poor Stewie stuck on Brian's car.
Brian kills the squirrel, hahahahahaha.
Herbert under the school bus, hahahahahaha:p:D.
The Good Night book.
Drunken Peter, hahahahahaha.

Something tells me I'm not going to enjoy this one. Mainly because Family Guy's take on Brits is always a good 40-100 years out of date.

I liked the first one better, but I have to admit the last segment was amazing. I also giggled a few times at the second one. 7.5/10

Yeah it was, but that's the gag. I assume every other country does the same thing regarding to us here in the states regarding satire, and I laugh.

I kept looking for Jack and Popeye-related Williamses in the second segment, but none were to be found. They could have had a 'One Hour Photo' Williams meet up with Herbert, would have been nice. So yes, segment #2 was the best.

#3 was quite clever, and #1... I smirked at, just a few times. And if the writing staff were to be so kind (and they rarely, rarely are), I'd rather not wait until 2022 for 'Family Guy Viewer Mail #3'.

Too bad they didnt have a genie Robin. Wouldve made for a more sane ending, having Peter wish for normalcy. But then again, if that were to happen, it just wouldnt be Family Guy...

It just crosses into offensive for my tastes. The odd quick cutaways like the 'classy British porn' work but whenever they seem to do anything extended with this country it just turns into 'British people are ugly snobs who are 100 years behind America'. Given how much the writers on this show seem to make, I'd expect better.

Besides the entire segment with Robin Williams I wasn't really too much of a big fan of this episode. The main issue I had goes along with what Hellcat has been saying about the British jokes and really it felt like a waste of a segment since we already seen that entire joke before out of this show about five-six times(maybe more).

The last segment with Stewie I really liked but...it felt like it ended way too soon.

C- :)

Hilarious Episode :anime:
My favorite are Peter turning everyone into Robin Williams,Herbert under the school bus,and the ending with Peter being drunk XD
I hope they make a Viewer Mail 3 episode soon

Plus, it's like Stewie said, Disney probably wouldn't have allowed that.

The second segment was the best, with Peter gaining the power to turn anyone (or anything) he touches in to Robin Williams (or characters he's played...aside from Aladdin's Genie, which Disney likely wouldn't have approved),after being struck by lightning...and quickly finding out the consequences of this...the ending of the segment was disturbing, but very darkly funny...

The first had a few laughs (I've always liked the "Benny Hill" chase, and it was interesting to see "American" Stewie),but mostly just tired British stereotypes...

the last one was OK,seeing everything from Stewie's viewpoint....

I'm going to agree with Monsieur Paltridge and say that this episode put recent Treehouse of Horrors to shame. I've been dying for another one of these ever since Family Guy came back, and even though the host segments felt short (the whole thing did, actually), I still dug it.

I'm glad they included the serious, bearded Robin Williams, that was funny. I wish Chap of the Manor had its own intro.

British Peter vs. the Giant Mallard which it's sissy girly slapping, hahahahaha.

Was that a mallard? I thought it looked more like a gamecock.

Given how much the writers on this show seem to make, I'd expect better.

...you do?

The episode just aired over here.

The British segment was as lousy as I thought. I'm sorry, we've already had these same bad jokes done way back in the episode where the Clam became a British pub. Who continues to think this kind of blatant stereotyping is funny? As I said I enjoyed the 'classy British porn' cutaway a few seasons back and the 'The Office is British!' deleted scene. But this...why? I'm getting really tired of American writers going 'LOL All Brits are over polite, have terrible teeth and LOVE the Queen'. I can accept a degree of stereotyping in humour but this is just lazy. All they really did is trot out old jokes with British stereotypes mixed in. Also, for the record, we don't all speak like we're trapped in the Victorian era either.

The Robin Williams segment was just weird.

The Stewie one was a fun idea but suffered from a lack of doing anything clever with it bar the final gag that didn't really even need the exact POV angle the rest of the segment used.

I haven't seen this one yet..but hopefully they poke fun at the fact that British comedies are way too short and rarely have anything happen..
