It's airing on Adult Swim occasionally. Beefy also has it up on ASF.

Pretty good promo, I'd say. It gives a summary of the show with Light and Ryuk narrating. It only uses clips/voicings from the first batch of episodes though.

It's only four weeks late!:anime: I agree, the promo is pretty good. Hopefully, it will be played more often.

Nice to hear Death Note is finally getting some on air promotion. I'll have to keep my eye out for this promo.

Yeah.
Great Promo.
Felt almost Old School Toonami esque
Anyone know that background music?!!?

Oh man awesome. That was just like a Toonami promo. It almost makes me sad because of Toonami's less than awesome ads (or lack there of) lately.

Wow, that promo was GREAT! I agree that it DEFINITELY felt like a great old school Toonami intro. It'd almost make me want to agree with KtM that it should be on Toonami, but it just wouldn't fit with the current TOM. If this were, say, 2000-2004, maybe it would still fit (on the midnight run), but cartoony Pixar-esque host characters to grim show about mass murderer is a bad transition... Regardless, great, instant classic promo for great, instant classic show.

What really makes it Toonami regardless is the Background music, which was provided by Ninja tune.
Amon Tobin - 4 Ton Mantis

Well, it's great that they're finally making a promo. I just hope that Death Note is the type of show that people can get into after missing several episodes.

im going to say that next weeks episode is the limit (ive seen it before), if you try to tune in afterwards it wont work.

Oh dear it's about time Deathnote got a Promo. I never see much advertising for their anime anymore D=

Ah the sounds of Amon Tobin to Death Note Can anyone smell an amv?

I've yet to see the promo. Shame, as I'd lvoe too. Death Note is really starting to grow on me.

So, despite watching all of the premieres on Saturday and Sunday I have yet to see this promo on TV. What's the point of making a promo if they never air it?

I haven't managed to capture the promo on TV yet either (although, admittedly I don't watch absolutely everything on AS, and what I do watch I tape on the DVR so I can zoom through commercials. . . but you can still see the commercials - just fast- so I think I would have noticed if it had come on during one of the shows I watch). At any rate, thanks Soul_inthe_dark for posting a link to it on youtube!

And yes, excellent promo; if I wasn't already hooked on the show this promo would definitely peak my interest! :D

And Norway's unbeaten streak over Brazil continues thanks to their 2-1 victory that led them qualified to the FIFA World Cup quarterfinals (second round, first round is the round of 16) tonight.
Those doing the pyramid burger on YouTube are doing it wrong. Let it cook until it's well done because I've seen people doing it and trying it before spitting it after realising that it's raw.
I have another theory as for why Johnny Bravo is neglected by CN nowadays. Putting aside the basic concept, it's the retools that made the show chaotic.
I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing. I've been itching to watch the classic Scooby Doo direct to video movies lately and they're nowhere to be found outside of purchasing them on sites like YouTube.
Last night started watching a new adult animated series, a Netflix original that is basically the succesor to Big Mouth.

What is so great? Despite being a 18+ show, they actually bothered to give it a Romanian dub :ack::eek:
