There’s also a new “Elseworlds” style tale, titled “Supergirl: Survive”, a mini-series exploring a teenage Supergirl caring for an infant Kal-el. "Here’s the DC Comics solicitations for August 2026!

Highlights this month include the start of the “Bad Seeds” storyline (focusing on Gotham City Mayor Poison Ivy), running through the pages of some of the Batman books, and the start of the “Kingdom of Zod” (starring everyone’s favorite General) running through the pages of the Superman books this month!

Also, the red hot “Absolute” line of titles continue this month (Absolute Batman, Absolute Wonder Woman, etc), as do the line of “Next Level” books (Batwoman, Lobo, etc), providing fresh entry points for people to get into the latest books! Speaking of which, this month brings us “Next Level: One Shot”, a story focusing on Deadshot and setting up what’s coming up soon for DC’s “Next Level”!

Want something more self-contained? Check out “Batman & Robin Year One: Dynamic Duos”, but writer Mark Waid and artist Chris Samnee!

"Here’s the DC Comics solicitations for September 2026!

Highlights this month include the next wave of DC “Next Level” booms, with the launch of new “Teen Titans”, “Legion of Superheroes” and “Doom Patrol” ongoing titles! Meanwhile, in the “Absolute” line of books, we’re introduced to the Barbara Gordon’s “Batgirl” in the pages of Absolute Batman, while Cassandra Cain (the other Batgirl) stars in her own one-shot: “Absolute Cassandra Cain: The Shadow’s Hand #1”!
