Christina Miller is leaving Cartoon Network by the end of the year

And let's not forget Big Mouth with food.
What does that got something to do with CN, Unless you're referring to Apple & Onion.

But she also greenlighted Apple & Onion, Craig of the Creek, Summer Camp Island, Victor & Valentino and Mighty Magiswords. None of them are reboots.

Wow, huge breaking news. Which makes Christina Miller the shortest tenured president of all the CN presidents. Reading these comments so far, I have to say, sure, there were no longer live action shows with Christina Miller, and she has come up with some good streaming services CN and BOOM related (good marketing strategy today) and with me having Charter, I really love the lineup of CN shows on demand.

Now let's be honest here, as others already mentioned, shows like Steven Universe, TTGO, and Clarence were already on before Miller came in office. When talking about original shows and original creativity, Christina Miller was by far the worst president in the history.

What CN original programs the last 5 years have really had an identity or a huge impact on the network? Betty Cohen had the Cartoon Cartoons which made a huge impact on CN's culture moving forward. Jim Samples had Codename: KND, Teen Titans, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, Camp Lazlo, and Ben 10, and the network was managed very well with lots of variety & good blocks. Stuart Snyder made a lot of mistakes that we've been aware of for the past decade or so, but he was responsible for Total Drama Island, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Amazing World of Gumball, and Steven Universe, which also had a huge impact on the network.

I'm only going to remember Christina Miller for mostly reboots of franchises that were already in existence but extremely watered down. I'm not going to blame the scheduling on Miller or Vinshu because to be fair, bad scheduling and the lack of variety has been a problem with multiple networks the past 5 years or more. The streaming service era in nearly in full force and has been on the rise the past few years, and multiple networks haven't been the same with variety because of this.

I barely watch cartoons I don't like, so I will mostly remember her for Craig of the Creek and Infinity Train

To be fair and to play the devil's advocate, Miller was responsible for hiring Vinshu, who's infamous for repetitive scheduling, especially when CN Asia suffer the worst when replaying Oggy and the Cockroaches, as the same for having TTG doing the same here. So to be clear, ain't nobody is going to forget a few things that she did wrong during her stay.

Vishnu was actually hired before she was named president.

Christina Miller stepping down is a good thing

Indeed. If anything, I'd say Cartoon Network was a late bloomer when it came to networks cutting down on variety. I'm sure it wasn't until 2015 or so that the CN schedule got to that point, and TTG just happened to be big then.

As for "Big Mouth with food", yeah, I think that's referring to Apple and Onion.

Not to harsh but didn't greenlight any innovative or groundbreaking shows at all. I wouldn't say she's was a great president(because she wasn't) nor would I say she was terrible. She's actually in-between. Most of the shows she greenlit were either forgettable or uninteresting. Mao Mao and infinity train are the shows I will give her credit for. Hopefully the next president will give us some innovative shows.

I'm not so sure going scorched earth on linear with an app that requires you to subscribe to linear was a good idea. If you're a parent judging the value of a cable subscription and you see your kid on the tablet all day, wouldn't that give you the impression you could cut the kids channels? There's got to be a reason why Disney and Nick haven't emulated CN's strategy by releasing episodes of shows on-demand well before their TV premiere. It would be a different story if Cartoon Network's app had a standalone subscription, but it doesn't. It seems weird to me that you'd so heavily devalue a (declining, but still) major part of your business.

I have the complete opposite impression. International Cartoon Networks are looking more and more the same and this was Christina Miller's goal (she said so in 2014). Back during the 00s and Stuart Snyder's era, all Cartoon Networks had the same originals, but different acquired cartoons. The schedules looked very different. There were also a lot more local programs back then (usually live-action).

I live in a market where Warner has never owned a TV channel, so my perception probably is warped. I've seen a lot more original animated shows from Latin America and APAC, but I can understand that may have come at the expense of fewer acquired shows. I know there used to be more anime on the channels in Southeast Asia, for example.

But those Latin American shows arent Actually Shows. They are Just Webseries Made to make it look as if they are interested in Latin American animation. And also APAC is just a Advertising Organization it does have nothing to do with CN

Get rid of Vishnu next - and actually focusing on hiring a capable scheduler and an actually innovative president that'll do more than just greenlight shows aimed at little kids. Aim to make it so everyone can watch your stuff - that's what cartoons should be, like any other medium that knows better, honestly.

Given he is (somewhat) the reason the schedule was overflowing with TTG, that’d be the dream...
Honestly, it's not like that he's going to continue working with the channel for the entirety of the next decade.

Given that none of us actually know Christina Miller or the full breadth of what she did at CN aside from what we read in press releases, I don't think "celebrating" anything about this is a wise decision. I do wonder why she left if she was given the option to return/continue leadership. It kind of begs the question as to where CN is going to be heading going into the new decade, especially with the rise of streaming.

l want Pablo Zuccarino from CN Latin America to be President. He does Bumpers and Shows with Live Action People like CN Anything and He makes Cringe Animated Shows

Latin American Out of jimmy's head By Pablo Zuccarino

Honestly Christina Miller was a great president to CN and here’s why:

1: She removed live-action originals/programs from Cartoon Network. (Because the name of the channel is CARTOON Network)

2: Even though she was NOT responsible for the schedules. Her employees wanted to see what the kids like and wanted to see more of (TTG and Gumball)

3: Christina knew cable was going to die, so she’s heavily pushed the VOD/CN app which was a smart idea.

Overall, she wasn’t that bad. She was a great president. However the Cartoon Community didn’t see her that well as one.

You're misinformed about one actually Snyder kinda did.
