In this episode, Kirito duels one of his senpais, and learns a neat gardening trick.

Due to that snafu a few weeks ago, we're getting two new episodes of Sword Art Online tonight. This is the second episode. Remember, no spoilers or uncivil behavior. Let's all get along like Kirito and Eugeo.

Happy to finally see some SAO sword fights again. Glad this was part of the 2 episode airing, we got to go straight into the exhibition against the elite rather than wait another week. I did chuckle at another time skip to them being elites. They're not wasting much time here. I'm curious to see who much time is passing in the real world. No way it's the same amount.

Season 3 episode 8 was pretty sweet,

Sortiliena warning Kirito the secret of the Levinteinn family's power of their impressive swordsman skills was interesting.

Kirito vs. Uolo with Kirito's impressive swordsman skills beating Uolo was sweet, Uolo will develop and be better to be a friend next episodes though.

Two rotten jealous scumbag classmates destroying poor Kirito's zephyr flowers was not cool, Kirito's popularity to attract awful jealous people.

Kirito restoring his zephyr flowers was sweet.

Sortiliena defeating Uolo and graduating as First Seat was cool.

Kirito giving Sortiliena zephyr flowers as a parting gift was sweet, she'll join Kirito's harem next to Asta's harem, hahahaha.

Cool timeskip with Kirito/Eugeo promoted as Elite Swordsmen focused on their main goal to save Alice is sweet.

Dang, we went from the busiest an Alicization talkback thread's ever gotten to the least busy in the span of a week. There are things worth commenting. Kirito seems to have some sort of amnesia and he can only kinda sorta remember Asuna et al I guess? Lina seems to be another lady with the hots for him and she can actually beat him in a swordfight. Admittedly, the pacing of this season feels much slower than previous seasons and I guess we'll have to wait until the quest to save Alice begins in earnest for the hype to begin.

I don't know, I still remember when season 2 spent three whole episodes with Kirito and Sinon in a cave...

The pacing definitely isn't on the anime though, it was like that in the novels too. This is much more a slow-burn arc, but once things get going, it'll eventually become the most action-packed one.

I only DVR'd these so I could keep up with what story there is.
