Boxers can actually be quite uncomfortable. I think an appopriate analogy would be... running without a bra?

I have a question....

Some girls seem to wear things on both sides of the spectrum. If they they can do that and get away with it, then why can't boys get away with weaing panties or even thongs? They are called gay or something...but girls don't get such names.

Oh, and I don't wear female things...in case this random question raises some eyebrows around here...

As for comfort, it depends on how you define it...briefs have more security; I find with boxers if one isn't careful things tend to hang out that shouldn't ought to. Esp. if they're made w/out a little button on the fly opening (I have two pairs that don't have the button). Also, briefs seem more durable--my boxers tend to wear out and get holey faster than my FOTLs.
Men in panties? Well, I noted before I like something skimpy for tanning or working out. Decreases on both bikini lines and having things shift from the up-and-down motion of jogging. There is a moment a man should demand security. Of course--seeing as I've heard that the constant motion also weakens stomach muscles--for optimum support, I should probably start running in a girdle. Which I won't.

If I was a girl, I would be worrying about a guys personality (and looks ) before worrying about what kind of underwear they wear... (even though it would be a nice thing to think about ...if I was a girl)

If I'm going to have a girl see my briefs, I would hope our relationship has progressed beyond what kind of underpants I wear being a make-or-break thing...

Boxers and boxer-briefs.

My normal wear is boxers - much more comfortable. But when I'm working out, running, or doing other physical activity, I wear the boxer-briefs for the "added support".

And my girlfriend has stolen many pairs of my boxers over the years - so yes, there's yet another example of the plenty of women out there that wear them.
