Lupita's revealed some plot details:

"I can say more than I could about Star Wars," the actress said when asked about her role in the movie. "I play Nakia, who is part of the Dora Milake - whom I presume you know is a special forces group from Wakanda. The story of this Black Panther - what I am allowed to say - is that Black Panther's leadership has been threatened by two foes who come together, and so Black Panther gets the help of the C.I.A. and the Dora Milaje to try and defeat the enemy."

The two villains are probably Killmonger and Klaw.

CIA probably equals Ross.

This is freakin' awesome! I'm so happy the villain won't just be Eric Killmonger. I thought he was going to be the main villain, and it made be wonder why Marvel would set up Klaw in Avengers: Age of Ultron if they wasn't going to use him in this movie. Kind of like Man-Ape and Klaw in the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, except I hope Klaw actually wears a costume and takes on T'Challa as well.

It sounds like Everett K. Ross will be back as well, which should help develop his character more than Captain America: Civil War. Since S.H.I.E.L.D. isn't what it used to be, it makes sense that Black Panther goes to the C.I.A. instead. Maybe Sharon Carter will appear as well. I'm surprised Lupita was allowed to say all that. The Marvel snipers might have words with her now.

Chadwick Boseman mentioned that T'Challa's suit gets updated so hopefully we can see his regal outfit with the cape. The next characters I'd like to hear about are Shuri, Queen Ramonda, and N'Gassi.

Screenwriter Joe Robert Cole, gives an update on what we can expect:

“First, I think Chadwick did a phenomenal job in Civil War in setting the tone for him being a king, for the nobility,” Cole said. “At the end, I thought his turn was fantastic and how he rose above his own vengeance. I think that was a great introduction to him. Our standalone movie will begin shortly after Civil Warends. So we’ll be able to see him mourning and him starting to take command as king of his own nation. Lots of things are going to occur within regards to that. The country will be under threat from inside and out so we’ll learn what Wakanda is, that nation, as the most technologically advanced nation on the planet. Also, as Wakanda’s rise to prominence happens, it will affect the MCU moving forward which is really exciting.”
“Africa is such a huge nation,” Cole said. “There are so many countries, each of them with different histories, mythologies, and cultures but what we tried to do was hone in on some of the history, some of the cultural influences and then extrapolate out in our technology, extrapolate out in how we see Wakanda and the different parts of the country and the culture of the country as well. So we wanted to root it in reality first and then build out from there, so we’d feel pretty authentic and grounded.”

Looking forward to seeing T'Challa's development as a king and Superhero, as well as the depiction and exploration of Wakanda .

Nice of him to slyly confirm villains from inside and outside of Wakanda -- matching recent rumors.

Boseman says he's being trained by one of the top mixed martial artists in the world; Marrese Crump:

This seems really exciting. The fighting style Capoeira, is something I've seen in person and I can imagine Panther using it. If you've ever seen Oceans 12, the French thief Vincent Cassell played was using it in that one scene.

Looking forward to seeing more of Panther in action and his fighting style going into the movie, especially with Boseman training with Mr. Crump .

Also curious what new weapons we might see him utilize...

Boseman comments on BP being more an anti hero but mentions 'other people are being cast, there is a script, sets are being built.'

Well, he didn't kill Zemo and actually brought him to justice...that's a little more heroic then most of the MCU Avengers .
Which is why I am looking forward to the 'new' solo movies the most. Cliche as it may be, new directions.

And they need somewhere to stash Spidey's Rogues Gallery ;).

I actually kinda wonder if they're going to move Abomination to The Raft...
Ravencroft (done right)?

If S.H.I.E.L.D. even still has custody of the Abomination...

Ravencroft (done right)?
Well, they'd probably want to consolidate things to a degree (and Ravencroft was always for the more dangerous and deranged Spidey Rogues)...

If S.H.I.E.L.D. even still has custody of the Abomination...
I guess the government/FBI probably took control of his containment, if Hydra didn't let him loose :ack:.

True, time will tell. But I suppose Wakanda has its own prison facility or...just freeze 'em.
