Is this disc the same one in the recent Anthology release?

A bit late, but The WF DVD Report has posted up a review of the recent Batman (1989): 20th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray release. Click on the image below to check out the review.
Thoughts on this release?

How big is the book? Is it the size of a normal blu-ray case?

I may get this, but only if I can read the printing in the book without a magnifying glass. :p

Batman never gets a regular description summary on the back cover. It's always 'review quotes'.

I picked up the Blu-ray and the book is just about the size of the Blu-ray case but slightly smaller. I had no problem looking at it and it's really cool. Even if you own the movie on Blu-ray I'd say this is worth a pick-up for the book. It's a nice read but not a long one. But the pictures and art is really cool.

Defunctzombie,

Below are a few pictures of the set, taken with a digital camera, that should help with your question. My apologies for the low quality of the images.

They, thanks a bunch. That doesn't look too bad. Maybe I'll get it at the local B&N if they still have a bogo sale.

Today marks the 20th anniversary of the big screen premiere of the live-action Batman (1989), and Warner Home Video's Blu-ray release of Batman is the perfect way to experience this classic film.

I picked up this release the day is came out and I will be watching it today to mark the 20th anniversary of Batman! It's is an awesome Blu-ray as far as I'm concerned.

I bet the Batman movie adaptation comic book takes up a lot of those special booklet pages. That sort of makes me lean toward just purchasing the anthology because I already have at least two copies of that comic book.

I went ahead and bought this. I was a little nervous peeling the digital copy off of the back of the book, though. I've had bad experiences with those sticky pads yanking the surface off of things. The picture on the back is nice.

Here's a fun article I wrote on why Ruby and Jade from Sofia The First are good characters.
Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
